Danny was responsive, professional, and communicative. He did clean work and the result is what he promised. Will definitely use again!

Did not power was roof before application os sealant. Did not show me 5 gallon sealant can when finished quickly placed can in garbage bag and put can in truck. He was on job less than 3 hours and charged 2500.00 dollars. We had Armored roofing in 2020 repair from of home roof with 2 men for 2 days with materials and labor and the cost was 3000.00 dollars. We feel we paid way too much, what was the labor charge for 3 hours 1700.00

Danny Nicholas was very polite, professional and very thorough. He found things that we didn't even know were a problem that could have turned into a major problem. He did beautiful work on our roof with fixing the tiles and cleaning out the gutters and fixing our cracked stucco. Thank you so much Danny it was a pleasure meeting with and working with you.

Over-promise, under deliver! He took a $750 deposit 30 days ago and I have not been able to contact him since. He did not start the work, took my money, and is gone.

He will let you know if other important areas of work that needs to get done. He is also reasonably affordable compared to other companies that would do similar work.
