 + -1 moreAmerican Homes 4 Rent took over our previous property management company. Even though we never signed any lease with them, they took over all of our utilities with Conservice without any written consent. We had to work to get most of the utilities back in our name. When trying to get the last Johnson Utilities back in our name they lied to us about it having to be in the property owners name. Johnson Utilities told us all they had to do was put it back in our name. And, this was after countless phone calls and emails to try to get it resolved with AH4R. They NEVER return phone calls or emails, and that > includes the supposed "regional managers" Brandon Heath. Your property > manager will lie to you (ours is Glenda Bowerman), try to charge you > wrongful fees, and even lock you out of your tenant portal to be able > to pay your rent on time. NOBODY SHOULD EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.>
