I wish I would have contacted them first! They will be assisting me with my Heat Pump and services from now on. Their prices are $59.00 for a service inspection. It was the knowledge he shared that helped move the problem I called about forward, and save money. This was much appreciated. Appointment to be determined.

We just moved into a newly built home and living in Arizona is pretty much a given that a water softener is necessary. We used American Home Water in a previous home and never had one bit of trouble. The company is very helpful, prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable on these systems.

Mario and Matt did all the work. They were polite and professional. They always got my approval of the location of the outlet before they cut. After installation, Mario invited me to check all the air flow and went up attic twice to adjust them right. They also cleaned all the mess before they left. I am very satisfied!

Overall excellent experience. First of all there were no high pressure sales. I was given all options for water softener and Reverse Osmosis systems and not pushed into making an immediate decision (though I did that on my own). The installer (Angel) called ahead to let me know his arrival time (and was on time). He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The install was great, including drilling into my granite to install the faucet for the RO - I admit the thought of that made me nervous, but I needn't have worried! He explained both systems to me and answered all of my questions (and left literature). When he left, the work areas were clean and no mess was left behind. As for the water softener...after a day already seeing a big difference in the softness of the water and I can actually drink the water from the sink - before it tasted awful! This was a great company to work with and would definitely recommend it! By the way I was not given discounts or incentives to write this review. And i forgot to mention, the pricing is very competitive.

Workers came on time and did an amazing job installing both the water heater and softener system. The entire process took about 1.5 hrs. The plumbing work was excellent. When they finished they explained the features and care requirements for each unit. I would definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I called up AHWR and they explained their options and recommendations. It was very straight forward and someone came out the next day. It was a quick and easy process to install. Angel showed up promptly, did a very clean removal and install, and explained everything to me in simple terms.

Higi performed the work at the time expected. He actually showed up instead of another individual to help out his co-worker. He explained what he was doing and showed me the condition of the filters. He displayed an excellent attitude, which is one of the reason we chose this company to provide our water needs.

They modified existing copper piping for clean, efficient routing without flexible lines. Took away all old softener equipment including large tanks. Company (Tom A. and Higi) very pro-active about correcting a minor issue after install. Felt they were quite serious about backing their product. Softener (The President model) works great.

Two crews (one led by Daniel, the other by Mario) showed up on time on the scheduled day and immediately got to work removing the old systems. The guys were polite, worked quickly and did a much nicer job than the original installer did 20 years ago. Two new Trane 14 SEER heat pumps were installed along with their corresponding air handlers. One of the air handlers wouldn't fit through the existing opening in my garage ceiling (my attic stair narrowed the opening between the joists) so they had to cut a hole for it. They checked with me first, and took care of scheduling a drywall repair guy a few days later (which they paid for). They also installed new plenums and programmable thermostats and also added a return in the master bedroom (the hottest room in the home). The installation began around 7:30am and they were gone by 3:00pm the same day, with no mess left for me to deal with. Heat pumps are not inexpensive, but based on previous dealings with American Home Water (two electric water heaters and a water softener) and a bit of due diligence, I was confident that the price was fair and the installation would be done right. AHWA is a very good company, one that I confidently recommend to anyone needing their services.

Tom called me at 8:07 a.m. to find out what services I needed. Tom gave me a very reasonable price and even got me scheduled for installation that very afternoon. Fidel & Derek showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They quickly removed the old water softener and installed the new one. They checked the water pressure and checked the existing water loop for correct installation. They installed new copper plumbing and even installed a water spigot for me to hook up a hose. They cleaned up their mess when they finished and finally went over the operation of the new unit. Fidel & Derek were extremely nice and courteous while answering all of my questions.

Superb. Company Owner was at my house 1 hour after I called for estimate. Very professional. No sales pressure. Prices were very good. Installation next day went smoothly. Technicians Javier and Fidel were knowledgeable and courteous. Terrific company.

These guys are very professional, reasonably priced, and always do great work. This is the second time I've hired them. Angel showed up when promised and went right to work. He cleaned up after himself, tested the line line to make sure it was working at maximum, and left me with very positive impressions. I highly recommend them!

The technicians they send out are, prompt, pleasant and very competent. They offer suggestions on how to get the most efficiency and effectiveness from your devices. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

I reviewed other water softener companies and picked American Home Water and Air because of their strong reviews on Angie's List and Yelp. I called the company and a real person answered! It was Tom one of the owners who came over to the house and evaluated my system and recommended their President model. The next day Angel came over and installed the new water softener. He was on time, very friendly and go right to work.. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the installation.

Higi came out to look at the water softener as I was having a strange noise in the cabinet. Turns out it was not the water softener but rather an irrigation system issue. Even though it was quickly determined not to be the water softener, Higi took a lot of time to help me trouble shoot possible causes. The water softener has been been rock solid and now I believe the service is even better

I purchased the special for the 5 stage filter change. I spoke with them and understood that there would be an additional charge for the membrane change out as well. The tech arrived on time and finished promptly. I knew prior to his visit what the cost would be. I was very please with the service and will use them again for future maintenance of my R/O system.

Amazing!! Very prompt and professional. One of the owners, Tom Knapp came to give us the quote. No hard sell. Cost was much lower than other quotes. They had a cancellation and the work was done the same day. Fidel and Higinio did a great job and gave a full explanation of how the system works. We are totally satisfied and fully recommend.
