I called for an estimate and they were out the next day. Excellent price and professional installation.

Started on my merry task of playing water removal specialist at about 0900 this morning, our old faithful of a water heater decided to leak(this is a non repairable thing). In the grand scheme of things i'm happy to have had the problem while we were at least home. The Mrs called into AHWA got a appt window of 12-2 and what do you know, Higi arrived a little before 12 to get work started. Approx 2hrs later Higi the stupendous professional is cleaning up his work area and explaining to me the ins and outs of the new unit as well as hauling the old one away. I appreciate how quickly everything took place and the efficiency in which it happened I'm already a Reverse Osmosis customer so now I'm just smitten with this grand company for just about all their products/services.

A gentleman (sorry, I don’t remember his name now) promptly answered the phone and took time to diagnose the issue over the phone and determined my pilot light had gone off. He stayed on the phone and talked me through getting the pilot lit. Problem solved. I will use American Home in the future when I need something serviced or replaced.

These are smart people! There are so many kinds of R.O. that they could have wasted a trip if they didn't have the right materials. They had me send a cell phone picture to them when they scheduled the appointment. The service tech called me while en route, arrived on time and did a great job. He took time to explain how to treat the system for the next few hours and even remembered to tell me to shut off the ice maker until the process was finished.

I had Higi over to change my 5 stage water purifier and check on my water softener. He arrived within the window of time that I was advised. He did an "Excellent" job of installing, checking and cleaning up. Also checked my water softener, found my leak and corrected the issue. I'd like him to come back for all my service calls.

Great. Jordon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The filters were quickly changed. The was no mess left over and he explained to process to purge the system. I could not have been happier.

Tom came out and gave me an estimate. His price was much less than a competitor with a similar system. Tom was thorough and no-nonsense and no pressure. I ultimately decided to go forward with the purchase. Tom was able to schedule the install for the same day. Junior and Javier arrived at their designated time and the installation took a couple of hours. It was a new install with no existing water loop, so they had to do a bunch of drilling. The visual impact of the drilling was minimal and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I am very happy with my experience.

Great job! We were able to get an appointment next day. Nate was the service tech - very professional and got the work done quickly. Arrived on time, answered any questions, and carefully explained how to flush the system before using it, which is part of the process of changing the filter. He also took the time to answer a question about our water softener too, so that was much appreciated. We bought our R/O system, as well as a water softener last year, and they have been great both times we have dealt with them. They can count on us to call them whenever we need any services that they do! Only one suggestion (and a reminder for anyone needing a R/O filter change) - I forgot to set aside some drinking water, and you can't drink any of the water from the system for a few hours after the service, so maybe upon making the appointment, or when the service tech arrives, to ask about filling a pitcher etc., before starting the process. Next time I will be more mindful of that though!

The review said they have been in business for many years, all of their reviews were excellent and previous customers said they were reasonable. I hired them and found that it was all true. After my request for an estimate the response was within 24 hours and someone was at my home within the next day and the install was done within the next two days. Installer was very professional, personable and polite. He totally cleaned up the work area and even replaced an outside leaky hose faucet. I will definitely hire them for needed work again.

It was a very pleasant experience from ordering to completion. Javier came within 5 minutes of when he said he would and completed the installation timely. Very professional job! He explained the systems operation and cleaned the area completely.

Old water conditioner fixes were going to cost a couple of hundred dollars under new, so we bought new. The water pressure valve was installed. Very knowledgable people.

Called ahead & arrived as scheduled. Spent 2 hours removing and installing the new system. Explained several things and answered all of my questions, during the process. Angel was my tech, and he was very friendly, polite and professional. He insisted on removing all debris and cardboard packaging, even though I had offered to take care of it myself. He also removed some additional copper pipe, that had some corrosion build up on it, just to make sure there wouldn't be any risk of a future leak. I will definitely keep this company name in my list of future contacts. And based on this experience, I will be calling them for a quote for a new air conditioning system. Good folks, good service and a lot better pricing than other providers that advertise on TV and have traffic helicopters. American Home Water and Air is a great value house.

One of the ways you can judge a company is how they approach low dollar services. Nate, the tech who came to the house, was courteous, engaging and finished quickly without sacrificing attentiveness to detail. I have used AHW for the purchase of a water heater & softener and intend to buy my next A/C unit from them.

They were amazing. Matt, Jordan, Adilel, Drew & Mark were extremely hard working, professional, friendly, effecient, very neat and considerate. It took several hours to install and they were a pure pleasure to work with. I had a different crew install the water softener and RO fountain. They were equally fantastic and did a beautiful job with the copper piping and were also near, friendly, and knowledgable.

This was the third time and two different homes that we have used the services of AHW and again the services were excellent. The technician, Angel, was professional in all aspects. He was competent, friendly, and knowledgeable, and his advice was most valued and helpful. I will definitely call them again for home water needs. We live in a newly built home, but once the warranty runs out on our HVAC system, we will definitely be calling AHW to service our system as well. The company and technicians have never given us any reason to doubt the quality of their work.

The 3-man crew headed-up by Fidel showed up promptly around 9am and quickly went about the task of removing and replacing my 14 year old 75 gallon water heater. They even allowed me some time to repaint the walls behind the old water heater after it was removed. The entire process took about 1.5 hours, they cleaned up and removed the old unit. They also showed me how to operate the new unit. Reasonable cost included tax and related parts (flex lines and new shut off valve).

Excellent Javier did and excellent job installing and did an excellent job explaining everything. He also took time to answer all questions.

Everything went exactly as it should. I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily at a time convenient for me. Technician showed up earlier than I expected, especially for a Saturday, job was done in "record" time, water is continuing to come out of the RO spigot tasting great (saying a lot for Phoenix hard water). Great people, great product, great service, at a fair price!!!
