In both installations, they were able to accommodate our schedule and showed up when promised. They worked quickly and the price was exactly as promised. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the individual who replaced our water heater. The person who installed the RO and water softener is Gerardo. Both were excellent.

Very good experience from the time I went to their show room in search of a soft water replacement. Very knowledgeable and no attempt to "up sale". The installation done by the Technician/installer (H161N10) was outstanding. He was very efficient and organized from start to finish. He fully explained the operation of the unit and answered all of my questions. They have my highest recommendation.

The leak was all patched up and was a quick response from American Home Water.

the installer fidel sanchez arrived at scheduled time, looked and presented himself professionally job was done and old system removed in less than 1.5 hrs he cleaned up after himself and also cleaned where old system had been leaking, gave us options on positioning of the system and salt container due to small area, he didn't have to take the time to maneuver and give us a good look at what we thought would be the best positioning for our area. it probably cost him 15 to 20 minutes extra but to us it was nice and left no surprises upon completion we knew exactly what it would look like in the space and how much room we would have when adding salt crystals to unit. my wife the nit picker was very happy with his work and the unit is working well no complaints, used this company at another house for our son and his family in 2012and we will use them again if the need arises the product their presidential unit has a great warranty and that was a selling point for us price was good and compared favorably with big box stores which is where our old unit came from purchased by the previous owners very happy with this company and Fidel the installer, was great pleasant likable and no nonsense, worked hard and got the job done quickly and well

I was impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of this company. The job was set up and completed in 24 hours. Fidel Sanchez, the technician was prompt and courteous. the price was fair. I would use them again!

Super job, from the quote (Tom Atkinson owner) to the installation (Jose Higinio) -- knowledgeable, clean installation, fast, perfect. I had a problem with my old water softener/filtering system, and within 6 hours of speaking with them, I had not new system installed. Highly recommend!!!

Gerardo was prompt and on time. He was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Process only took about 20 min. I am happy to report water tastes great and no issues with the system. Looking forward to next year when the filters need to be changed again. Thank you so much Gerardo for being an expert at what you do =)

We had accidentally broken the faucet and AHW came out the same day we called. They are very professional, prompt and accommodating.

I had Tom come out last week and give me a quote for a new install of a water softener. The quote was very good and set up a time for today. Fidel & Gerardo came exactly at the scheduled time. Not only did they do the work I asked, they pointed out some bad values (I have a house from the 70's) and I had them replaced for near nothing. The guys were awesome and the product is phenomenal! I recommended these guys to anyone/everyone!

I called American Home Water about 10:00 am. I spoke with the receptionist and explained my needs and she said someone would call me back to answer questions and schedule my service. My call was returned within 1/2 hour and he told me someone would be out soon. The service person, Gerardo, was at the house by 10:40 with the new brine tank. He explained how the brine tank operates, installed the new one, replaced the salt and put it back in service. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick. When he finished, I told him we have an RO system and ask about getting RO water to the refrigerator and how much it would cost. He looked under the sink and said it would be easy. He called the office got a price. It was a good price so had this done, as well.

He called me first as I work less than 15 minutes from the house so I could meet him, He came in and we talked while he worked and we were all done in 25 minutes or so. The whole visit was quick and a good job was done. Do not be afraid to use this company for anything water related.

The entire install for all three system components went smooth, pretty fast, and professionally. The installers - Jose and Fidel are an excellent team, neat, professional, experienced and great guys. They gave a pre-call before arriving and promptly went to work setting up and doing the install ... all in about two hours. Jose explained the operation of the softener control panel and how to use it when necessary, and the break in procedure for the RO drinking water system. So far we like everything about the system, and it's great to actually feel the difference in the water. Overall my wife and I are highly satisfied with the products, the company, and will recommend them to our friends, neighbors and anyone else in the Phoenix metro area (we are in Mesa).

The company technician, Gerardo, was great. I asked if he could meet me at my house at a specific time during my lunch break and he agreed. This was a refreshing changed as most companies will only offer to see the customer during a 2 to 4 hour time block. Gerardo was right on time. The job consisted of removing a leaking hot water heater within a crowded storage room so I could do some water damage remediation before installing a new one. Gerardo didn't hesitate to help me move boxes out of the way in order to access the tank. It turned out that the hot water heater was a back up to the primary one and was not needed after all. Gerardo removed the old hot water heater and took it away for disposal. He then quickly performed some plumbing work to close the open pipes. I was very happy with the work performed and professionalism demonstrated on the job and would highly recommend them again.

Had the 5 stage filters in my RO system changed. Gerardo was sent out. He was on time, courteous and had everything done in about 20 minutes. See you next time.

I called, got price quote on phone arranged to have work done that day. Very accommodating and worked with us because we had a large number of people coming to stay at our home for the weekend. The technicians Jose & Fidel arrived on time to our home. They were friendly, professional & very helpful in explaining what work needed to be done. They used quality material (no cheap plastic) . Everything was cleaned up after the work was completed. We would highly recommend them. Thanks for a job well done!

This company is amazing! I called this morning for service on my RO system. You sent Gerardo out this afternoon who installed a brand new system. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and left my kitchen exactly as he found it :) Great company with one amazing employee!! Gerardo was fantastic!

They showed up on time. They kept me involved in the installation process where relevant. They explained the products and cleaned up after themselves. We had what appeared to be a problem with the ice maker the day after the installation and they showed up to resolve the issue promptly.

Good characteristics of a company start from the top and work their way down. Such is the case with AHW. I spoke with the co-owner Tom Atkinson on the phone and exchanged several emails. Each time he was patient answering all my questions and supplied me with various pictures of the non-standard faucets. I also had questions regarding a hookup to our built-in fridge and other related issues which were all answered to my satisfaction. Once I decided what I wanted, an appointment was set up for the following morning. That's quick! Gerardo was the service man. On time, courteous, friendly, efficient and willing to answer all my questions without being annoyed, what more can anyone ask for? I highly recommend this company.

Within hours of purchasing their on-line deal from Angie's List, I received a call from American Home Water. An appointment was scheduled the next morning. Angel arrived promptly on time, with a new Bradford, 50 gal water heater. Angel was a skilled professional, efficiently removing the old heater and cleanly and carefully installing the new heater. He even helped remove a failed heater timer assembly from the old unit at no extra charge. He explained the settings and showed me how to make any temperature adjustments needed. I was extremely pleased with the quality of product and installation, Angel's courtesy and competency, and the PRICE! Other Angie's list companies wanted to charge $300 for the same unit and install. For my first experience in purchasing through Angie's, this was remarkable and made me an instant fan. I asked Angel why their prices were so low and he explained American Home Water doesn't put money into advertising, just social media and referrals. They definitely have my recommendation.
