American Home Water and Air

Johnny came out to our house to replace the filters in our RO system. He was efficient and courteous and also gave us more information on our system. In two of our homes, we have purchased two water softeners, one water heater and one RO system through American Home Water. We have also purchased an additional RO system for my office from them. All the techs we have come in contact with have been excellent and we have never had an issue with the products they sell. We highly recommend using them.

Gerarde was the technician that put our filtration system in last year. When he came for the annual filter change, he once again, did an excellent job. Strongly recommend!

Johnny arrived on schedule and proceeded to quickly take care of the problem we had with the R/O system. He waived the normal service charge, which we really appreciated. We have worked with this company for several years and highly recommend them.

Everything went great. Johnny was here last year for the service and does a great job. This year he found an issue during our regular yearly filter change that was caused by the installation by another company of a new garbage disposal which resulted in our RO system failing. I'm just happy he came when he did and was able to rectify the problem and now everything is up and running properly again.

Could not be more please with the work of the entire team. These guys arrived en masse and got right to work. Each group of guys attacked a different area and they got things removed, cleaned, re-installed in no time. One of the most impressive things was their ability to deal with problems without coming back to me and complaining. They had an issue with power for one of the air handling units and engineered a safe and effective way to pull power without any interruption to the rest of the house. Their attention to detail was also remarkable. When they finished in each area there was no sign of disturbance at all. In fact, they re-painted, patched and generally made each work area better then new. Normally I have an issue handing someone a check for $17000 but not these guys! Great work and highly recommended.

Again, excellent service. Johnny showed up on time and quickly performed the service. He checked the water softener and made a few adjustments, changed the filters in the RO system. Very professional, no mess and a pleasure to deal with. This company is a jewel.

The technician, Johnny, was punctual. He changed out the filters, answered my questions, and checked that all was ok with the system. He was the same tech that changed out the filters previously and it was nice to have that continuity.

Gerardo was professional, organized, and timely. The phone calls with arrival times were accurate. When he arrived he went right to work, replaced filters, showed me the used filters, and explained the next steps for drain/cycle of the RO for use. I appreciate the fine service.

Excellent service. Johnny came to replace the filter on our reverse osmosis water system and to check the water softener I purchased from them last year. Very courteous and efficient and answered all my questions.

The service tech (Johnny) called in the morning to confirm the afternoon time frame he was to arrived. He came within the time frame. He described everything he was doing inside and in the garage. He was very efficient and went over what we needed to do after he left with the system. We were very please with the service.

Called on Friday and service provider (Johnny) came on Saturday. Along with fixing the tank pressure we asked him to change the filters - which had not been done since 2013. He had all the equipment and changed out filters, tested water, checked softwater system all in 1 hours time. Quite impressive and nice to deal with.

We've used AHW since we first moved into our new build in 2009, where they installed our first RO system. Before that, we had no experience with them. AHW is always punctual, always professional, never leave a mess! We have had zero issues with our RO. Our service technician on the 18th was Johnny, and he, like the company, was very professional and very clean! No mess for me to clean up after he was done with the job! These guys are our plumbers for life!

I highly recommend American Home Water. They installed a water softener in my home and Reverse Osmosis at my kitchen sink providing me with purified drinking water. From my initial meeting with Tom to the installation that afternoon with Jose, Fidel and Tyler, it was easy to see that this company holds its work to a high standard. The installers were prompt, friendly and professional. They were also efficient. I think American Home Water?s price is probably the best in town. Being new to Scottsdale I?m very happy I found them as they also install air conditioners.

I was seeing problems with our Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. The water pressure was dropping. I called the issue in; a date was set and Johnny called when he was on his way. Johnny was upbeat, professional, punctual and resolved the problem quickly by adding air to the tank. He also changed the 5 filters on the system (an annual requirement), as I requested. All in all, he was here about 15 minutes. Quick and professional. I would absolutely call AHW again.

The hot water heater was making some noise. It hadn't been flushed in about two years, so i purchased this service from the provider. Because I wasn't going to be around when they came out to do the service, I sent them a message through Angie's List to point out to them that the anode rod hadn't been replaced since the last time the unit had been flushed. The gentleman who came to do the service went about his business, but never communicated anything to my wife about the condition of the rod or what may have been causing the noisy operation. He may have inspected the rod, but we'll never know. I had called this to the provider's attention as something I wanted done. If it wasn't part of the "Plumbing Inspection," they could have indicated so. I still would have paid additional moneys to have the rod removed and inspected. The repair person was polite and cleaned up the area. No issues with him, just the communication between the company and the worker and the worker and my wife.

Technicians were on time, worked quickly but not hurriedly, and were neat. Love not having to let the tap run forever to get warm/hot water.

Gerardo was great, he did a fantastic job of replacing my 5 stage filter system, he was very efficient, quick with his work while answering numerous questions about the system I had asked him. I added in another job at the last minute, to change out a hot water valve for my laundry room sink, he said no problem & fit it into his busy schedule. He checked both systems 3 times for any leaks, he was very thorough; cleaned up after his work, he used his heavy duty towel as not to mark my cabinets when removing filters from unit. I also asked if he would wear shoe protectors I provided for inside the house, no problem, just a very nice guy. He called just before coming out to make sure he had all supplies for what I needed to have done, he came exactly on time. I will definitely use AHW again & recommend to friends. Also, a very good price compared to many other companies I investigated. It is so nice to have high quality service, with people that care about their work, and the satisfaction of their customer.

Johnny gave me a call 30 minutes before coming. He was very polite and courteous and did replace our water tank, which has a 5 year warranty, and was the root cause of the problem! He provided me some additional information and professional opinion on the water systems. Thank you for coming out so quick and helping us with our problem.

From the time that the salesman Tom Knapp came to give us an estimate and the time of the installation, the customer service was exceptional. We originally had an appointment with Kinetico, but they insisted on a 2 hour presentation, and the price for just the soft water was more than everything we had done with American Home Water. I cancelled that appointment after talking to Tom. Gerardo showed up on time a few days later and the installation went smoothly, without a hitch. After he was finished he took the time to explain the system to me, how to initially use it, and as simple as adding the salt. This is a wonderful, trustworthy company to deal with, and when we need our air conditioning units replaced in a year or so, they will be the first company we call!

The service technician, Gerardo, showed up as promised and called ahead of time to let us know he was getting close. He serviced the equipment as expected and replaced some fittings with better quality ones. We had already used this company's services twice before, each time with excellent performance on their part

Johnny called to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was professional and personable, and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service provided by this company.

Talked with both owners of the business regarding their products and our needs. Tom Atikinson responded to our residence - making a site analysis and providing a review of their products and services. Took the time to explain the different systems and answer all of our questions. American Home Water subsequently did an install of our system the same day. Company employees Jose, Fidel, and Tyler promptly came to our residence and installed the water softener and reverse osmosis system. My Husband called for an estimate and the representative who answered all of our questions was very professional, and polite. the Technician "Gerardo" who installed the water heater was also very professional and polite. He was very efficient and clean. Gerardo was in time. We'll also be using this company for our next project "reverse Osmosis.
