Brandon called in the morning to confirm when he would be here and showed up when he said he would. H was very professional-explained what he found, provided me with options and fixed it. He was very well-spoken and courteous. I've used AHW for several years and have always been pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!

I was very very pleased with them. The reason I was so impressed with them was that they gave me an estimate over the phone that included the cost and the model number of the water tank. I got the Angie's List discount although it was the last day. A company that was highly rated on Angie's List gave an estimate that was $200.00 more for the exact same model. Another company I called refused to give any kind of estimate over the phone. They said they would come to our house with all their equipment and then give us the estimate and we could tell them to go ahead or go away. I couldn't believe that. I thought that was really outrageous. American Home Water's service was absolutely superb. The price was hundreds of dollars less than anybody else and we checked with other listed companies on Angie's List. He was the nicest person. He came on time. It was such an easy transaction that I can't say enough good things about it. Their price was better than anybody else. It was one of the best experiences I have had lately. The company was outstanding.

Brandon was very professional and completed the work promptly. We really enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend this company. We have been with them for several years and have received great service.

Employee (Brandon) let us know as promised a time interval during which he would arrive. he arrived early during this interval, was courteous and did a good job. He left us detailed instructions on what to do and verify after his visit.

Our old water heater was finally done for so I called AHWA to have a new one installed. The lady on the phone was pleasant, helpful, and was able to find us a technician that was able come out the same day, thank you! She also gave me the total cost over the phone. I've always had a great experience with AHWA from the office staff to the technicians. We previously had them install a new heat pump in May 2018, and a water softener along with a reverse osmosis system in 2015. As for this installation, I was thankful that they were able to come out so soon after my call. So a couple hours later, Fidel came out to install our new water heater (Bradford White 50 gallon electric and a pan underneath water heater). He was professional, kind, and was helpful in answering any questions my husband and I had concerning the install and the system itself. Within an hour we had a new water heater, and the area was cleaned up before he left. Great experience once again.

We’ve used this company before to install a water softener and reverse osmosis in 2015, they did a great job and the price was competitive. We decided to have them install a new heating pump for us this time because of our previous experience with them. Our experience from the beginning with the receptionist to end of this project was excellent. The crew was professional. They arrived on time, started right away, and made sure to cleanup after they was done. We also appreciated them taking the time to protect our flooring and other areas in our home that might be affected by the install. They started at 7:30 a.m. and we’re finished just before 2:00 p.m. The unit installed for our home was a Trane XR 14 4 ton.

Tech was professional and the work completed in a neat fashion.

Everything went as it always does with AHWA - perfect. Brandon showed up when he said he would, changed the filters, took care to take care of any leakage (there was none). Brandon answered questions and gave easy to follow directions, and left a card with instructions, on how to clear the RO system after the filter change.

Great responsiveness on the phone, talked to an owner, got all of my questions answered before any appointment was made, reassured me about the equipment fitting in the space, showed up on time, was friendly and professional. All the work was done one time and they even put a faucet in the line so I could use softened water to wash the car!

The company was very responsive. It took less than 5 days from my first contact to completion of the job. The office staff, sales staff, and installers were all very professional and the install was very efficient and on time. They explained everything and they followed up as promised. The installers, Jason, Drew, and Nick), did a great job. They arrived on time, protected the work site, completed the work, and cleaned up.

Everything went well. Jordan called while in route as requested. He was very professional, explained what he was doing with the RO maintenance. Also checked the AHW water softener which is maintenance free but worth checking, all was well. I will continue to use AHW until they give me a reason to not use them which I don't foresee.

Jose arrived at the scheduled time window. He and his son quickly installed our new R.O. system and explained how to complete the R.O. drain procedure for a new system. They also installed a new 'Big Blue' whole house filter and regenerated our water softener. Jose and Son are professional, friendly and cleaned up to meet our expectations. Can't ask for more, excellent overall, recommend.

Thursday afternoon I came home to a water tank leak in my garage. I called American Home Water & Air, and they came out on Friday morning to replace. Angel was one of my 2 techs and they were great. Promptly arrived at 8am and had the old tank removed, new tank installed with a drip pan & they also installed a shut off valve, as my old one was showing signs of corrosion. They showed me how to adjust the tank temperatures and how to drain the sediment every year. Prompt, polite, professional and their pricing is very competitive. I used them to replace my water softener last year & I would recommend them to anybody.

Tom came out and walked us through the process. He was very thorough explaining what we needed and how the job would be done. We were put on the schedule quickly and the work was done very professionally.

The technician 'Javier' waas on time and very professional. Javier did a great install and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Took his time going over the instruction with me. I'm very satisfied.

The repair tech, Higi, re-inflated the tank bladder and checked the RO system for any other problems but didn’t find any. He explained everything and recommended we periodically empty the RO tank so the bladder doesn’t deflate over time. Overall an excellent job.

Really liked dealing with this company start to finish, they were very up front with prices, right out to give me an estimate , and actually same day they put in a new water softner worked out great with every step. Sounds like a commercial but not making this stuff up. Plus 10 year warranty when there competition was only 2 years. And checked them out on the web and it was all good. I believe they deserve as high a rating as i can give them.
