We called last week and in less than a week from the initial call our water softener was replaced. Great service and very informative staff. Gerardo installed the water heater and was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use this company again. Thanks.

Luis was very professional and friendly. He explained the function of the system and how each filter was replaced. He also did a water test just for asking.

The salesman Tom came out the day after we called evaluated what was needed to be done. He explained the options and answered our questions quickly and was not pushy at all. I then got bids from other local companies that were Much more expensive and the warranties were not as good. When we decided to go with them it was very simple to schedule and they even offered to come the next day. They also made it easy to schedule around our work schedule. On the day of service the installer Gerardo was right on time. He was quick and efficient. He clearly took pride in his work and he took the time to answer all my questions even ones about an RO and softener at another property I have that they did not install.

We wish more companies had the customer service provided by American Home Water. They are kind, courteous, prompt and definitely consumer oriented. Although you can use their web site for service, we went to their showroom the morning the water heater ceased to operate normally.. A new, 40 Gallon gas water heater was installed by Angel that afternoon. The work was done promptly and professionally, including disposal of the old water heater. The entire work site was cleaned and all material was removed from the site. We have used American Home Water for several other needs and we continue to be impressed with their operation. We will definitely use them again when needed.

This company was very professional & responsive. Tom A. & Mike B. came to survey exactly what type of units I had & where they were located. They fully detailed what would need to be done to replace the units and repair the areas surrounding them. Mike even found a $600 rebate for me, even though my units were 27 years old!! Once the work began, a team of 4 very professional & courteous men worked non-stop to replace each unit, so as to limit the time without air in the house. That was greatly appreciated. They were all very neat workers. When the work was completed, they double checked everything & programmed my thermostats for me, as they explained to me how to work them. You don't find companies that are customer-friendly like this company is! I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of new AC units.

Thanks to Angies List I found American Home Water and Air on a friends computer years ago. I have used this company for a water conditioner, hot water heater and to service my AC in the past and have always received outstanding service. I love it that their techs do not work on commission and do not try to sell me things I don't need and are honest. When my very old AC system finally quit I got three bids. They were so thorough in the inspection of my AC needs, and explained my options without any pressure. They were by far the lowest price of the bids we received. Their installation crews were top notch and done in well under a day. The clean up impressed me and I am not easy to impress in that area. Their employees were all so proud of where they worked and never stopped from the time they got here until they left. Read through their 300 plus reviews on Angies List with 98% A's, never less than a B and you will see what I am talking about. They list the owners cell numbers on their web site and I know they answer them because I have called them for advice and they were happy to help me. American Home Water and Air has something very special going on at their business.

The company called the next day after I purchased the Angie's List special. We scheduled an appointment. The serviceman was on time and polite. He was quick and careful about leaks. I will use them again for my annual service. Their regular charge is 30% less than the company that I have used in the past.

Gerardo & Luis did a great job - water softener is back to normal. They showed me the valve that they replaced and made sure everything was good before they left. Turns out as the original owner it was under warranty.yyy

I got a call early in the morning from Fidel. He said he would be by between 12 and 3 to install the water softener. My wife wanted to run a few errands so we went out with the kids. I said to her "we have to be back by 12, these guys are really punctual". I don't think she believed me. Sure enough at 11:58 I got a call from Fidel saying he was outside. I apologized and said I wold be home in a couple minutes. He was good natured and said that he would start getting things off the truck and setting up. When I arrived Fidel and Lui were ready to get started. Unfortunately there was some garage junk around the area they would be working. I was sort of embarrassed, I wanted to have the area clear before they got there. Once again Fidel and Lui just smiled and helped me clear the area around where the water softener would go. They went about their work and when they finished they made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do in order to operate and maintain the new water softener. Fidel and Lui were great!

Angel arrived on time and was very professional. It took him about two hours to install the water heater. He took the time to show me how to light the pilot light if it goes out. He also showed me how to drain the tanks, which I should do once a year. Additionally, he showed me the water turn off valve if I ever needed to use it.

Very professional. Living in AZ, it seems we get calls daily from A/C companies to come service our units. I normally don't take the calls or just say, no thank you. I used American Home Water to install (and subsequently service) our RO system and am pleased with both the system and engagement. So, when they reached out to me and told me they now do air conditioning, I decided to try them out. An experienced A/C tech came out, professionally dressed and in a clean vehicle (nice touch!). They performed the maintenance, gave me good and easy to understand feedback on the condition of the units and how to optimize their performance through the summer, and did not pressure me to sign a maintenance contract or consider new units that I did not need. It was really refreshing. Coincidentally, just days prior to the appointment, my ancient water softener broke and my husband and I decided we would like to replace it. The tech kindly looked at it and called the owner of American Home Water to help answer some questions I had about a new unit. The cost was reasonable, and reviews positive, so we plan to hire this company to furnish and install a new water softener as well. We were very impressed with our overall experience so far with this company, initially for RO, then A/C, and hopefully the water softener once arranged.

During the sales process I was extremely happy as their expert was low pressure and answered any questions I had - very professional vs. other suppliers I talked to. On installation day Fidel and Lui called on their way to give me a heads up as I had requested. They installed the water softener, cleaned up the work site and thoroughly explained it's usage to me and made sure I didn't have any additional questions. The entire experience was great and I would highly recommend utilizing them!

We have used American Home Water and Air to change the filters on the R/O unit in the past and have been really pleased with the service we received. When it came time to get a new system there was no one else we thought of calling. Our technician Johnny was prompt, courteous and the unit was replaced in less than an hour. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tank started slight leak yesterday evening, called AHW and arranged for them to come this morning to replace tank under warranty (only charged for labor). Gerardo was my Tech, as arranged he called me 30 minutes before he arrived so I could get back home from my nearby office to be home to meet him. I really love that AHW will do this, it is much better than having a long window of time and not knowing when they will turn up. The heater was replaced and everything cleaned up within 45 minutes from start to finish. I have used AHW before for water softener install and reverse osmosis filter changes, always reliable, hence I am happy to leave a review.

I have been using this company for about 2 years now. They installed my RO system when I moved to the valley. a few months after they installed my original RO system I thought the water didn't taste quite right. I called and asked if they could take a look. After a quick review they said the system was malfunctioning and took it out and replaced it with a brand new system immediately. About a year ago my wife noticed that it was sort of damp under the sink. I called AHW and they had someone here in about an hour to do some maintenance (no charge). Today Johnny came out to do a routine replacement of my filters on my RO system. I got a call from a courtious young guy at about 830am and asked if it would be alright if he stopped by between 12:00 and 2:00. At 12:10 Johnny was knocking at my door. He replaced the filters, showed me what I needed to do to maintain the system and was gone in 10 to 15 minutes. Another great interaction with this company. In the end, I can't say enough good things about this company. All the interactions I have had with them have been positive. Even when minor issues have arisen, they make things right quickly.

Home Depot replaced my water heater in 2001 with a sub contractor. So, I called Home Depot again, who was using this same contractor. Home Depot said this contractor would call me, but they never did (at least so far). So, I found American Home Water on Angie's List with great ratings. Those ratings are correct - this is one great company! (I have no connection whatsoever with this company). I talked to Tom with AHW who said they could do the job for $549 and they could do the job today (it was 3:30pm when I first talked to Tom). Geraldo came out around 5pm and completed the job in about an hour. He was very professional and courteous. Not only did he install the new water heater, but also hauled the old one away. So, now I understand why Tom and Geraldo have such great AL ratings.

I called American Home Water and Air when I was researching replacing our leaking 50 gal water heater. I spoke with several companies. getting bids for $450 to $1000. Several mentioned brands I was not familiar with. One company wanted to send a service person out to look at the water heater and tell me if it needed to be replaced, charging a service call in addition to other costs. I called American Home Water and Air, spoke with Tom and he gave me a price over the phone. He was quoting the price of the water heater, installed, using a Bradford White. We agreed on a price, time and date. Lui and Fidel arrived on time, were clean, courteous and efficient. My husband and I would recommend them to friends and will use them again if needed.

First talked to Tom yesterday afternoon who understood we needed fast service since a leak in our old water heater made it necessary to turn off our hot water. He said he'd definitely have someone out today, hopefully in the morning. I was called at 10 am and given an 11-1 slot. Fidel and his assistant Joshua arrived a little after 11 and here it is 12:15 and the unit is installed! I could not be more pleased with the superior level of service as well as the price of the unit.

Fidel and Luis showed up on time. The job went well. When they were done they explained the system to me in detail, cleaned up and were off. I would recommend these guys.

We had a softener and RO unit installed in our home. The house was not preplumbed, so the job required a dig outside at our water main. Overall, a great experience. Luis & Fidel, the service providers, were prompt and prepared. I explained what I wanted, and they went right to it, trenching for the install. They finished what I estimated to be a more difficult than normal job in 3 hours. The explanation of the systems was thorough, and I am pleased with the initial performance of my systems. The RO water tastes great, and the soft water has pleased me. They did a great job. Since it's new, I can't comment on reliability or the responsiveness for repairs, but based on my experience so far, I am optimistic. They are worth bringing in for a bid as you consider installing these systems.
