Description of Work: Gerardo was professional, timely, and knowledge. What a breathe of fresh air. I have had trouble with contractors in the past, I wish they all were like American Home Water.

Description of Work: I purchased a new gas hot water heater from American Home Water and all went as expected. My service men , Angel and Tyler, were great. Angel found a leak under our sink and spent a great deal of time locating it and told me what to do and watch for. They also changed my water filters in our reverse osmosis system under the sink for $100, which saved me the cost of a service call since they were already here. They also took a look at my water softener which my husband had a question about. I would definitley use them again.

Less then two hours later a crew was at my house installing the softener I ordered. Couldn't have imagined better service. Great company!

Description of Work: I reinstalled my existing RO system after a kitchen remodel. It was leaking. Since the system was 8 years old, I decided to have AHW replace it. My tech, Gerardo, talked to me about the new system options. He also suggested an automatic leak detector since we are out of town a lot. And he brought a faucet option that matched more closely to our kitchen faucets. I was very pleased with his service. And hopefully my leaking problems are resolved.

Description of Work: Within the past 4 months, for whatever reason, my water heater leaked, my RO system under my sink leaked, and my soft water unit also leaked (the house turned 10 this year) and all three of those units were replaced by AHW. Each time they were very responsive, professional and, though I upgraded to their best units each time, I thought the pricing was reasonable and received the Angie's list discount each time. I will utilize AHW in the future (hopefully it will be a long time from now since I've replaced every water system!). Great company!

Description of Work: I first had American Home Water evaluate the reverse osmosis system in the home I'd just purchased last winter. They recommended replacing it as it was an outdated and poor quality system. They also put in a hot water recirculating pump for me. They advised that the soft water system was working fine and did not need service or replacement. Having put in a computerized soft water system at my other home I had American put one in here (the price noted above.) They have less expensive systems, I just wanted the best. I've been completely happy with this company and their employees and would recommend them. I plan to continue to have them service my reverse osmosis and soft water systems.
