The work performed was as described. I was a bit concerned at first. When I called to make an appointment I had to leave a voice mail and was called back the next day. I was able to make an appointment which was suitable to my schedule. However, when I was given the disclaimers about frame requirements and possible additional charges. Oh, no I knew the price quoted was too good to be true. I became skeptical and requested the information be emailed to me. In today's world I expected that I was going to receive the up-sell treatment when the gentleman arrived. It was nothing like that. The gentleman arrived, I showed him which screens that I wanted replaced and the work was completed quickly and professionally. No hassles, no pressure to buy any additional services. It's great to see there are companies that tell you what they will do and do it.

They were very polite and professional when I spoke to them today. I did not realize the deal did not cover the frames for the screens. I decided to go elsewhere but they are a very professional and responsive company.

They did a good job and were very friendly.

The installer knew his stuff and was very professional and personable. That window faces west in Phoenix and the temps in the summer have cooled in that room noticeably. I would definitely use this company again in the future for any tinting needs.

There was a bit of a communication problem, but they did good work.

We have recently moved into this house and the windows had baked on tape, spiderwebs and grime. I purchased this as a big deal special and am very happy with the results. These windows look like new and one would never know there used to be baked on tape on them. They did this work on a two story house and removed and reinstalled the bug screens. I really appreciated that I did not have to remove the screens prior to their arrival.

Two young men showed up in street clothes, actually sports wear, and could not provide any ID from the contracting company. That said, they did a great job, and were friendly.

I had not been timely in making the appointment after I purchased the Big Deal and when I called to schedule, most of the available slots were taken. The lady in charge of scheduling did an excellent job of arranging my appointment, and kept me appraised of her efforts with follow-up calls on the progress so I did not feel uninformed or uncertain of getting a response. She did an excellent job and I appreciated her efforts. The two young gentlemen who did the work called the night before to confirm the time of the appointment and arrived on time. We had a discussion of which windows would be done (under the Big Deal I had paid for 20 windows) and if I wanted additional windows done, that could be easily added. They did ask that we remove the screens from the designated windows, and I was okay with that, because the screens are old and any damage should be done by us rather than them. The work was done quickly (they were done in about an hour) and I am very pleased with the results. They were very polite, cheerful and efficient. My windows look fabulous.

The two gentlemen who installed our window tint were extremely professional and did a great job. The French doors they installed the tint onto are extremely tall and they had no problem with them. The window that had to be tinted had replacement glass and was right next to a window with old tint on it. They did a fantastic job matching the tint color to the old tint color and you can't even tell they are different ages. The guys were friendly, calm and I would use them again.

Buyer Beware! This company contracts out it's services and unfortunately I was not aware this was the case. I call to schedule my service and we set a date and time. I get a call the day of the service saying that they are not in my area on this day and the next day they are available in this area is after Thanksgiving. What?!! Anyway, I finally get a call from them stating someone is on their way that afternoon. This guy shows up and does 9 1/2 windows (9 in/out & 1 out, he forgot 1 in). The next morning the sun starts coming in and OMG they are the worst! Our company was arriving that afternoon! So, we just brought the blinds down halfway in the kitchen and kept our shutters angled up and hoped nobody noticed. My advice is save your money.

Called company and made appointment for two weeks out - for Nov. 10th, between 8 - 11 am, for cleaning of 20 windows. No show and no call by 11:00 AM. Called contact number and no one answers phones on Saturday. I called the office again the following Monday. First told they had no record of appoinment. Then later told, they found out on Friday the contractor had to cancel and he called my work # on Sat. morning (wasn't at work, was at home waiting for workers). No one from the office though bothered to try to call me on Monday. Now had to wait another three weeks for appointment, Dec. 1st. Following day I re-thought the situation and couldn't understand why I would have to wait three weeks, when compnay was at fault for canceling the appoitment. Spoke to manager and she said she would try to get me in on earlier date and call me back. Never recieved call back from manager, On Nov. 29th, I called to confirm the Dec. 1st appointment and they had no record of appointment. They then scrabbled to find someone to do windows. Had a few calls from office making and then changing appointment. Finnally settle on Sat. morning on Dec. 1st, again. Again, no apology for second major screw-up. Then get call from man on Friday night asking if he can re-schedule for Sunday morning, Dec. 2nd due to another conflict. Agreed cause I felt I had no other option. On morning of third try for appointment, two men showed up in private vehicle with no company shirts - nothing showed their business name - certainly nothing that had name of America's Best. Gentlemen were nice, but I felt they were just a third party, part-time cleaning crew. Then they tell me deal wasn't for 20 windows, it was for twenty panes - which would have been only 10 windows. The coupon and advertisement only mentioned "windows" not window panes! Gentlemen did do the twenty windows when I told them the run-around I had already recieved. Never do business with company again. Not professional - even after several mistakes. Office is in California and seem to sub-contract with crews in AZ. Not customer oriented!!

It was a little hard to schedule the appointment because some an email got lost. Other than that the experience was perfect.

They immediately started nickel and dime-ing me with extra charges so I can canceled the deal.

Bait and switch from this provider.

Very responsive to service date requested . Even though the windows were very high, he was very careful when bringing in the ladder and equipment and did not charge extra for the extra work

I purchased the Big Deal a few months ago and I called to schedule they have all kinds of contingency and that it would take a while to get me on their schedule. I felt like I was being chastised for not calling sooner to schedule.

The company, last minute, decided they did not want to come this far. This was after having an appointment for over a month and making changes to the appointment during that time. Left me high and dry.

They were very pleasant and on time, but the job that I hired him for he was unable to do. He didn't have the necessary equipment to do the job. I live in an old house that is quite large and he didn't have a tall enough ladder. He ended up doing other types of work for the service I had paid for. The work that he did do was fine, and he did do all the other tasks I asked of him. If you have a normal gutter job they would be fine to use, but mine if very unique.

We had difficulty scheduling an appointment, but once we did, the technician showed up on time and completed the work well.

I was trying to find a company who would come out on short notice because I was having house guests. This was the only company who could get the job done quickly. I had a very limited schedule to work with and they accommodated me perfectly. The company thoroughly explained what the service would provide and how much each additonal service would cost. Each screen was carefully removed, washed and replaced. They arrived promptly, they were professional and they did an extremely good job. After all the windows had not been done in years. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Great job.

We were dissatisfied with the service. They did not follow the list that was we were told to give the crew.They did not clean our sliders, they did not have any cleaner for ovens and we were told that oven are supposed be cleaned after each use by crew. They cleaned the floors but left dirt behind that we had to clean up after them. They did not have their own vacuum so they used ours, but never emptied it after use. They never did get around to dusting. On the positive, they did a good job on the ceiling fans. In most cases we had to clean up after the crew and put items that they borrowed from us away. What was irritating to my wife is that she explained the situation to Desiree and she made excuses for the crew instead of offering a remedy for the lack of service. The customer is no longer right in America.
