Ambassador Pest Control

The first extermination went okay. I knew I was responsible for the cost of the work.The crew from Tree Pros didn’t get back on site for a week after the hive was treated. It needed to be treated again 2 more times. Tree Pros said since their company didn’t work on the site the days scheduled, when the hives had been treated, that the company, Tree Pros, would cover the cost of the exterminator. Anthony, the Arborist and supervisor assured me that since the job had been a mess since day one, he would contact the exterminator and schedule the job and it would be covered by Tree Pros. After the job, (in August) we were contacted by Ambassador Pest Control with an invoice of $1,400! They did not bill the company, Tree Pros did not contact me! Ambassador Pest Control crew did a good job when Tree Pros crew could not do the work. But the man hired to stay on the property to support the trimming crew was very rude. He wouldn’t wear a mask, and when I told him I was caring for 2 elderly people, he said he didn’t believe in masks, and would not stay 6 feet form me when conversing! In one conversation Ambassador Pest did say they should have billed Tree Pros , and agreed that the work was scheduled through Anthony at Tree Pros. I feel for the man, but he needed to Bill TreePros. And now he is saying it is my problem. Beware when using this company or Tree Pros for your tree trimming and exterminating! It has been a nightmare!

It went great. Professional from the beginning to the end. Karen is an excellent employee they have there that took great care of us. On time, knowledgable, courteous, reasonable and really caring. I highly recommend.
