Some floor tiles in one of my bathrooms was buckling and needed repair. It was not a big job so most contractors were not interested. Two scheduled visits to give estimates but never showed up. I finally called Angi and received a quick response from 4 contractors. Chris Ioanca from Alpha Tile was the first and most flexible contractor. We set up a visit quickly and he arrived timely. Unlike some other companies, he did not try to expand the work or suggest unnecessary additions. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a very fair price and scheduled the work to be completed in the next few days. His work turned out better than I ever hoped and at a price that was very reasonable. The floor looks beautiful. It matches the rest of the floor perfectly because his careful workmanship allowed him to reuse the original tile. It was a small job but important to me. If I ever need tile work again, I know that I can count on Alpha Tile Contractors for any project, large or small.

Chris from Alpha Tile and Grout did a great job replacing 6 cracked tile in our home. He is friendly, honest, efficient and does precision quality work. The company is extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.

Chris and his crew were the best. The final product looked amazing. Throughout the process, Chris went above and beyond to make my project easy. He picked up my tile, helped me with a grout color, and went out of his way to be sure that I was happy no matter what. There was even a small leak in a refrigerator water line that he replaced during the job. He helped me out so much that I didnâ t even have to stress. My project consisted of almost 1,000 sq ft of tile, working in various rooms with a lot of challenges because of the changes in the floor layout. The tile was layed in a strategic manner and everything flowed perfectly. I have worked with contractors in the past where I have been dissatisfied and have only wanted them to finish and get out so I could fix their mess. It was completely the opposite with Chris and his crew. They were professional, kind, punctual, trustworthy and fair. Their prices were fair and there were no surprises. It was exactly what was quoted and the finish result was beyond what I expected. Everything was cleaned up and left so nice after the job. I was really impressed with everything. I will only use Chris for all my tile needs. I honestly am excited to have him do other jobs for me. He is meticulous. He really listens to your needs and looks for solutions. Donâ t look any further. You will not be disappointed!

It looks better now than it did before the tiles cracked. He also corrected some grouting problems from the original builder which made the entire area look better.

We had a backsplash installed in our kitchen by Chris. He did an excellent job and took his time to make sure everything was done right. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. We would recommend him for anyone who is looking for tile installation.

I had tile laid in one of my bedrooms and they did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, expedient, timely and professional.

They did a great job paying attention to the small details that make or break a job. In one area, they built out my baseboards to cover up for a bowed wall and were very precise with their cuts. I also had a few marks on baseboards from the removal of my old tile that they replaced for me also. The finished tile looks great.

Wow, Chris is one patient guy. Very professional and the installation looks fabulous. We had to change start dates on Chris a few times due to a delayed home closing and Chris went with the flow, showed up on time everyday and worked a very large project. We had old Saltilo tile that was impossible to remove, Chris got it out and then even with a chewed up uneven surface installed the tile beautifully and level. I would highly recommend Chris.

Cris is now the only person I would use to do tile work. He was professional, flexible with the hours and did a great job.

We were moving from Canada to our dream home in Vistancia, AZ. I wanted the floor re-tiled BEFORE moving and did my research, a challenge from long distance. After many phone calls/e-mails to 6 contractors, I decided on Chris. He came within our budget, as did 3 others. However, his prompt, professional and respectful replies made the decision easy. We were not let down. First, Chris did exactly as he said he would do. No short cuts, no cutting corners. Second, he was always on time and finished the job within a week as promised. Chris was very nice, he does good work & the cost was very reasonable. I wasn't to crazy about the tile he brought with him, we had a misunderstanding on that. He said we could go to a store & find one I liked. At the store Chris, helped me decide on which tile to use. Thankfully he didn't charge extra for getting the different tile. I needed to pick up my son from pre-school, we were cutting it close time wise. He said on the way back we could pick him up & we did. That was really nice. The tile looks great in both bathrooms. Chris even finished the job in one day. He did a great job. (My son gave his work an awesome and N i c e.)
