Alpha Omega Pool Repair

The appt was set for between 3 and 4 pm and he was going to call 30 minutes before arrival. I arrived at home at 3:01. About 3:05 or so I noticed a business card attached to my mailbox from Brent, stating "sorry I missed you, will try again tomorrow" signed Brent 3pm. I immediately called him. He said he had another stop to make but could stop by about 4:30. (not a good start). Anyway he showed up and after checking out my motor said I had 2 options, rebuild or buy new. I chose the rebuild and he took the motor with him, telling me who was going to repair it and when it would be done. (Thursday). Since someone was going to be home on Friday I scheduled the return visit for then. On Thursday evening I still hadn't heard anything from him, so I sent him an email (and called him earlier in the day). He emailed me that per the repair shop that the motor wasn't done but should be done by Friday afternoon. I then asked him who was coming and what time on Friday.At 4:30 on Friday afternoon, an electrician came and installed the motor. However, the motor wouldn't start. He confirmed electricity was going to it but something wasn't clicking it on. He worked on it for about an hour and tried to call Brent, but couldn't get him to answer, so he left. I thought Brent would either show up on Saturday morning or at least call me but he didn't. I finally emailed him and he emailed back that he would be there on Monday to see what the problem was. I emailed back asking why no one was coming today and letting him know that no one would be home on Monday. I did not get a response.Got home from work on Monday evening and the pool was running so someone showed up to fix the problem. I never heard from Brent or anyone else again.

We had another pool service provider before Brent who basically abandoned our pool. Brent was recommended to us by a friend who used his services. Brent quickly got the pool back into shape. We do not live in the area, so it was comforting to know that Brent was taking good care of it. When he would notice an issue, he would bring it to our attention. When our renters found a problem, Brent was always very responsive. On his weekly visits, Brent would leave a status report to let the renters know what services were performed and what the chemical levels were in the pool. We have been very pleased with Brent and would highly recommend him.
