Roof # 1 On about 07/07/2011 an All Pro Restoration Services Rep stopped by my house and asked me if I new that I had roof damage from a hail storm that happened on about 10/05/2010. He said he could work with my insurance company and get the roof fixed. I said go ahead. He said I could have a 30yr roof just like the next door neighbors light blue (shake style). I told him I wanted Shasta white or at leased a light color, like light grey. We settled on light grey. He worked with my insurance company and I got the roof I asked for. The only problem I had was they didn't replace my turbin style roof exhast. The roofer was told just to paint the old one and that would be O.K., but the insurance companys' paper work said to replace the old one with a new one. After calling the roofing company 3 or more times I had to have the insurance company get them to replace it. Roof # 1 went fairley well. I told All Pro Roofing I had 4 more roofs they could inspect for damage. The first Rep from All Pro had to go to another job and I was given a new Rep just before the roof was finished The new Rep and I went over the colors for the next 4 roofs.
