WOW. Feel fortunate to find Ron at AFWR and he was able to fix the chair leg in a day! This was part of an expensive dining set that the movers damaged (clean break). We had sold the set and were ready to deliver when the break occurred. Obviously, we had to get the chair fixed good as new or the seller didn't want any of it. Thank you Ron! You did amazing work and it seemed like no big deal to you...just another day in your talented shop! Great resource -- earmark AFWR for any furniture repair needs anywhere in the Phoenix metroplex. He apparently can do anything -- we saw several impressive refinish and repair jobs in his shop.

I did not end up using Ron in the end. Not because if anything he or his co-workers did. I just decided to replace the table with a different look. I will hold onto the table to repair at a later date. I will DEFINITELY go back to All Finish Wood Repair. Their service was outstanding. They were honest and very personable. They clearly love what they do and are talented artist. I would highly recommend them to any one who might need furniture repaired or refinished.

On-time site visit by experienced craftsman, provided estimate, and carefully loaded piece into truck. It was delivered on the date promised and the workmanship was excellent. Price was as estimated. Great communication throughout. I am very pleased.

Wonderful, professional, personal service. They took the time to understand the job, and delivered a repair that's almost undetectable, on time and for the quoted price. I thought the chair was a goner and they just worked magic.

I called several people and no one would work with me. I guess they did not want the liability. These guys said they would fix it and if not they would build a new base. We actually did both. They built a new base very inexpensively and repaired the old base. They are really really good at what they do, they are very helpful.

Took a day longer than expected. Noone there when I arrived to pickup. Price was about twice what I expected.

This was an excellent experience I had with All Finish Wood Repair. Ron Jacobs did an excellent job in refinishing my table with both care and utmost professionalism. He wasn't the closest furniture repair company to my house, but after reading all of the reviews I knew he'd be the best. And he absolutely was the best! He stripped my table down to bare wood and I was able to select the best color to match another piece of furniture I already had at home. The match is perfect and it looks better than brand new! Never returned email. Quote for service exceeded "deal" value, by hundreds. When I inquired by email (multiples) about scaling back the job, got no response. I paid. Got nothing.

Ron did an amazing job. He completely transformed the set back into what I remember seeing as a child when it belonged to my grandparents. I wouldn't hesitate to have Ron work on any piece of furniture that I needed refinished or repaired.

Ron did a great job refinishing our 2 outdoor teak chairs and a side table. The furniture looks as good as new. We were very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Ron.

There were extra costs involved, and it turns out I needed a different type of service provider to do the work. He was very nice, cordial, and professional!

He was easy to contact and responded promptly. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with having work done on something that was so important to me by explaining exactly what he would do. He had the work done in the time he estimated and the end result was better than I expected. It was obvious he cared about the quality of work he did no matter the size of the job.

He did an excellent job on the furniture he restored for us. I don't like the system Angies list has of our needing to pay for the service upfront before we actually get to talk to the provider. We would probably not use this provider again because his prices seemed high. We are willing to entertain the idea that it has been a long time since we have gotten this type of work done and prices may have gone up.

Ron is very nice and professional he did a wonderful job of getting all of the dark brown stain off of the chair. He brought it down to the original wood and I had it sealed all natural. I would use this service again when needed in the future.

Ron was very conscientious about calling in advance and about letting us know each step of the process. He wasn't hesitant to recommend a finish different that that which my wife asked for, and we are delighted at the final result following his advice. Will definitely use him again.

When I took the table in, he said it would take several weeks and the total price would be $500. He called two days later and said that the work was finished. I felt that if it could be done that quickly, the price of $500. was somewhat high. That said, I am very satisfied with the work and the crack is no longer visible.

Great! Ron was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He also had a great eye for color and was able to match the stain of my wood perfectly. My husband works with wood as a hobby and even he was pleased with Ron's work. I highly recommend him.

They have done half of the two jobs so far, it has been very positive.

The project turned out beautifully. They stripped paint off a rocking chair, had it refinished and they had it sent out to have it upholstered. It took them a couple of weeks to finish and then had delivered that back to us. The service total cost $650.00 + the discount. They did a great job, but I thought they were extremely expensive.

The All Finish Wood Repair rep. contacted me to find out the scope of the work I was seeking, and he told me they do not repair leather or naughahyde on upholstery, in spite of the fact that the coupon ad shows the before and after of a leather chair restoration. He said that graphic was erroneous and that Angie's List should remove it. He was very polite, and suggested that I request a refund.
