Donny called ahead of his scheduled time to tell me he would be at my home by the appointed time . He told me exactly what he would do and he did this without any delay. He was friendly and professional in every thing he did or said. HE cleaned up the area and placed the flat stone back . I would definitely call upon Donny if I need any other lawn irrigation help; and I would highly recommend him to friends and other people needing wor done

Really didn't do a complete inspection as requested. Didn't check all the plants for sprinkler heads, did fix the leaks and put in heads where pointed out to them

I had some minor flooding in my back yard on days when the system was on. I called three places and Donnie was the only one that both responded to my call and responded on the same day. We set an appointment for the following Saturday, but unfortunately he got caught up with an earlier appointment and did not call me about running late. I called him 30 minutes after the appointment time and he sounded pretty stressed, so I suggested his coming another day, and he said he'd come the next day, Sunday, in the morning. He and his partner, Pete, arrived promptly Sunday morning and it was clear that Donnie knows his way around an irrigation system. He located the leak quickly, fixed it, and checked both the system and the irrigation timer and replaced the battery for me. Besides not calling me about not being able to make it on time for the first appointment we set, the only other less than professional thing about him was that he really should wear a belt or something, as it was rather embarrassing to see his butt crack when he was bent over. He was friendly and came across as being very honest. His price of $69 was very fair and he offers a 120 day warranty on his repairs. I would use his services again, and in fact recommended him to my 90 year old mother, who was also impressed with his knowledge and honesty and fair price. In this instance, he came on Sunday to finish the job, at no extra charge. I happened to see him there, and he was better dressed, wearing a longer shirt, and looked more professional, which is a challenge in 110+ degree heat! I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

He came out within an hour of my call, quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot. He an his assistant talked a lot which was fun, but had I been busier it might have been a little annoying.

The owner Donnie made sure everthing worked right. They came back the next day (I was gone when they finished the day before) and did a walk though with me to show me that everything was working. They also answered all my questions. My husband was also impressed with their work ethic. In summary everything went well.
