Alan Fernandez of AJF Custom Homes illegally built a wall footer on my property after being asked not to do so several times. After my complaining to him directly about it, he finally had the footer removed several weeks later and left a mess behind. Upon digging his footers, he removed my property corner pin causing me to have to pay $2,270 for a new property survey to have the pin replaced. Alan has not responded to me in almost 6 months and even walked out of a meeting with the AZ ROC inspector after less than 5 minutes of being there. Alan has taken no action to remedy the situation and is now "ghosting" me any way he can rather than taking responsibility for his actions.
Description of Work: Keep his wall, workers and machines off my property.

It went well he came right when we called him. The house was trashed and had pipes that were left open. When the inspected came to look at the house and turned the water on it flooded one of the rooms. Also the house had a elaborate wiring system that was torn out. Which he put back together. The pool need to be finished and fencing installed.
Description of Work: We purchased a repo that AJF had built. The neighbors recommenced that we called him to fix the house after the old owners tore out all the appliance and light fixture . Also the pool and fencing was half done. He did a good job. A little high prices but very professional.

They are very good company. They are very professional. Their price is reasonable. Their quality of work is good. They are good and reasonably priced. They come on time. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used AJF Custom Homes to get the pool remodeled. They came yesterday.
