They fit the service call into a schedule that was packed (the whole team was on a large install and they fit me in an hour after I called). My outdoor unit wouldn't turn on or communicate with the thermostat. It is a communicating system, and these guys were recommended by the regional sales manager for American Standard (Trane) to look at it. Some basic troubleshooting was accomplished very quickly, and I went over the multitude of issues I'd had with the system since its installation. Jonathan ran through a check of all the installed and enabled components of the system board on the outdoor unit (very thorough and knowledgeable) and isolated the issue to a burnt out time delay fuse. The disconnect was also installed in a relatively incomplete / shoddy fashion. He replaced both fuses and fixed the disconnect installation. It was quick, thorough, prompt, effective and friendly. I'm not sure you can expect any more from A/C contractors in Phoenix. I'll definitely call them first for any issues in the future.

When Steve arrived, I told him that I didn't think that the fan was working...He said that was probably a good thing as maybe it was just a capacitor that was bad. This is what our problem turned to out be. Our A/C unit is 10 years old and we asked Steve how much longer he thought our unit would last. He recommended that we think about putting a start assist kit on our unit. We asked if he would be able to do this on this visit and he said he would. Hopefully, with this start assist kit, we will be able to get a few more years out of our unit before we have to replace it.

Although, we have been using this company forseveral years to maintain and service our units, it finallybecame necessary to replace our two twenty year old units and air handlers. We obtained several bids and Air Dynamics was the best bid that we received. They had to replace both our 4 and 5 ton outside units and both air handlers in the attic. As these units were originally put in when the home was built, they were both in really difficult areas to work in. All the other bids had specified that they would have to cut aditional access in the ceilings, etc. Air Dynamics was able to remove and replace both units using just the normal attic access. They did the work for exactly the amount of the bid. In addition, they cleaned up after the work was done, so that you would not even know that they had been there. Our installers were very personable and really cared about doing a good job for us. Based on our experience with this company, We highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer.

Fine interaction. They examined the unit, and were sure they could do the job. They met their estimate almost spot on. It has been working fine now for close to a month. They were professional and courteous.
