They are great to work with although they don't work much on individual PC's, do more company based networking. Because of this, they took longer than usual to complete work and did not charge me. They were otherwise very accommodating and kept me updated with what was going on. I would not hesitate to use them with networking needs.
Description of Work: They evaluated 3 pc's and removed Trojan/virus/spyware and reinstalled Operating system.

Excellent, there timing was perfect and I really felt I got my money's worth.
Description of Work: I purchased Cox high speed Internet and wanted to share access with the desktop and notebook PC's in my home. AIM showed up as scheduled right when the Cox people were finishing up. Within an hour, they had installed and secured a wireless router, tested both PC's and shared folders and printers. Without asking, they also did some sort of maintenance on both PC's which makes them run faster than ever.
