We were removing built ins in 3 rooms. In 2 rooms this left vacant areas at the edge. Traci suggested using remnants from the carpet in the family room which we were also replacing, as opposed to new carpet in those rooms, as then it would not match the rest of the upstairs. We have already left the area, she did a great job working with us remotely and having our daughter come by to check the color match. Work done well and on time

I found them on Angie's List and we were satisfied with the service.

We had shopped large box stores and other carpet stores. We found pricing comparative at those stores, however, I am bothered by those stores charging a fee to come to your home and give an estimate. This to me seems like they what to hold you prisoner to their price and services. At Ahwatukee Carpets there was no request for monies too provide an at home estimate, they want your business as much as the next guy but treat you fairly and with respect. There was no pressure just great customer service. Our sales consultant Marietta was great very helpful, answered all our questions and generally seemed to care about our business. On our second trip to the store we met with Traci the owner who was just as interested in what we had to say. We like most people purchasing their product had questions and concerns which were handled nicely by both individuals. Their installers arrived on time (sorry I don't remember their names) explained their procedures, asked if we had any questions which of course we did, they answered them and went about their business. They worked clean and efficient and did the job in a timely manner. Carpet looks great and feels wonderful underfoot.

They were great. They were punctual and prompt. I would highly recommend them. The floors look great.
