+ -1 moreCalled to have someone come over to give an estimate. He was 2 hours late. When we called the office, they said the time was approximate. We set up a date for him to perform the work. He was supposed to be there at 8AM on Thursday. He didn't show up. When we called the office, they said he was scheduled to come by at 3PM, and claimed there was a missed communication. He finally showed up after 5PM. He started work right away, and continued even after it got dark (the work shows). He had to come back on Saturday to finish up. One of the things we told him was that we wanted a tree restaked. He said he didn't have the tools he needed ( a mallet!) and would do it on Saturday. He, of course, forgot the mallet and said he would come back on Monday to finish the job. He never came back. Our calls to the office were not returned.
Description of Work: Did yard cleanup, including mowing, tree trimming and brush trimming, and blowing.
