They showed up right on time (on a Saturday so I could be home!). Price and warranty information were explained and guaranteed in advance. They accommodated all my aesthetic requests and painted the equipment to match the exterior of my home. The gentleman who performed the work was courteous and polite. He was knowledgable about his trade, and also able to communicate it well in Layman's Terms to a homeowner with only average knowledge and understanding of radon and radon mitigation. He completed the work within the window of time he originally quoted to me. I would highly recommend them for radon mitigation.
