I do wish there would have been a follow up and more education with the “how-to” of the test that I had to set up and send in to ensure that the unit is working properly. Quick very good work. Only thought is that other mitigations in my neighborhood have a 90 degree elbow on the top of the exhaust. Maybe a catch for leaves this fall.

Great Work

After answering questions about the house we were putting radon mitigation in, ie no basement or crawl space, Age of home was 1950, I was not informed that they did not do the electrical work necessary for the system installed to work. So the price I thought was reasonable was not comparable to other radon installations. (I am a realtor and familiar with these.) I found that out at the home when meeting with the installer who was installing it that day. This is the first mitigation company I have done business with over the last 15 years that did not take care of the electric hook up necessary to make the system work. Felt like a bate and switch.
