Description of Work: Replaced a bathroom sink faucet and trouble shot a few other problems. Delightful young man, good knowledge and wasn't in the 'upsell' business.

Description of Work: Had a small leak under kitchen sink, I had tightened it up myself but was afraid it was going to break the plastic it was hooked up to. Curtis tightened it up some more, so will see if the leak stops. He is a very nice young man, and I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater. Did a little up-selling on adding a water tray to catch leaks but..... The tray has a hole to put a hose bib on to help drain the water out, but the hose bib was NOT tightened and as far as I can tell it can't be tightened. This make the tray useless. The lip on the tray also blocks off the hose connection making it hard or impossible to put a hose on to drain the heater.

Description of Work: In 2013 and 2014, Larry fixed a leak, did the plumbing to install new sinks. In 2015, he fixed a leak. He is pleasant, competent!!, and gets job done without glitches. Linda, his wife/dispatcher, is good too. She made recommendation for abatement/recovery company in 2015 that has been excellent.

Description of Work: Bought a deal to "replace bathroom faucet". All I wanted was to get mine faucet pulled off and put back on again, he refused to use to coupon for the repair. Instead he applied the value of the coupon to a full price repair. Not happy.

Description of Work: Larry arrived on time and not only installed a new garbage disposal, but he cleaned out our drains and installed a new sink insert on the opposite sink from the garbage disposal. He was a very personable man and very good at what he did. In addition, the cost was reasonable considering all that he accomplished.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from AL that included having some faucets replaced. My kitchen and 2 of my bathroom faucets were replaced. Overall the experience was excellent and I will call Affordable Plumbing if i ever need any plumbing service again in the future!

Description of Work: I called Affordable because I had a water stain on the floor. I have flagstone over a concrete pad and I was concerned about a possible leak under the concrete. Larry turned off the water and discovered there was no leak. He was professional and gave me peace of mind. He didn't charge me even for the service call because he said he didn't do anything. I think he did. As I said, peace of mind and I was releived to know I didn't have to break up the cocncrete floor to resolve a leak. I'd use Affordable again in a New York minute. He was on time, friendly and courteous and certainly knew his business.

Description of Work: At the last minute, we needed someone to pick up a new water softener from one of the big box stores, install it for us, and haul away our Culligan water softener and return it to Culligan. Larry was extremely accommodating, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, reliable and skilled, Have used them again since, and would continue to use them without hesitation.
