Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters

Our water heater was leaking. We called Mr. WaterHeater at 9:30am. They arrived by 11:00am. The new water heater was replaced and tested by 1:00pm. The prompt, professional and friendly service was greatly appreciated! As my husband stated after the serviceman had left, "That's how business should be done!"

The water in my shower seemed to become more tepid day by day. After checking Angie's list, I called several companies, and chose Mr. Water Heater. Linda was very helpful, and scheduled an appointment for me the following day. Larry arrived on time and with the necessary tools/products to change out my old hot water heater (which he also took away for me). Time and cost for the repairs were reasonable, and I'm once again enjoying hot showers. I am extremely pleased with the courteous, professional and prompt service I received from everyone at Mr. Water Heater and can highly recommend them!

My ancient water heater finally gave out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. After checking Angie's list, I called three different companies. Linda at Mr. Water Heater was the first immediately available. She was very personable on the phone and to my surprise and pleasure she told me that the plumber could be at my home within a couple of hours. Larry, the plumber arrived right on time and let me know that the job could be completed within an hour and a half to two hours. He was very upfront and reasonable about the cost and offered me a coupon without me even mentioning that I had already printed one out from Angie's list. Larry completed the work quickly and efficiently and with a smile on his face even though he had to work in a light drizzle of rain. When he was through he checked his work and let me know about the SW Gas rebate that I could apply for. I am extremely pleased with the courteous, professional and prompt service I received from everyone at Mr. Water Heater. I highly recommend them!

My water heater started constantly "running", both gas and water, so i found Mr Water Heater from this service. I made an appointment and Larry, the owner of the company, arrived on time and made the necessary diagnosis, a slab leak on the main hot water line for the house, and referred a company that could help further diagnose exactly where the leak was. Since the leak was under the slab we had to bring in a secondary plumber to actually take care of the leak. This plumber, recommended by Mr. Water Heater, seamed reasonable at first and for the most part fixed the problem. However, the cost did seam to go up when I told them that I was turning this into my insurance company (according to my insurance adjuster $1000 more than what the job normally costs). Also, I have an island in the kitchen with a secondary sink in it and as the plumber was cleaning things up i tested the hot water to this sink and nothing happened. I was told that they had missed the sink and there was nothing that they could do about it. They recommended that i install a 5 gallon hot water heated in the island to fix the problem. They did not quote the cost of this at the time stating that i should see if my insurance company would approve to cover the installation. Also, in regards to the secondary plumber he did not seem very professional (cursing freely while he was here) and even clogged one of my toilets, which he left for me to take care of. In general i did get hot water back to most of my outlets in a very timely manner and all of my interactions with Larry have been good. I would use Mr. Water Heater again if i was sure that it was a job that only involved my water heater. However, I was not impressed with by the subcontracted plumber and will think twice about calling Mr. Water Heater for further needs.

We needed a new water heater fast. We were going out of town in couple of days, and our 94 year old uncle lives with us. I called Mr. Water Heater, they gave me an estimate, and they where at out house within 4 hours with a new water heater. Very professional and courteous.

He unclogged it that eve and was out 6 days later when it happened again, free of charge via work warranty, as mentioned on his first visit.

After installation of the water heaters, one was not performing the way it should be so Larry (who I strongly recommend) continued to check and figure out what was not working properly. He was reliable and timely - I would definitely recommend him. Nice guy too.

At 5 AM on a Saturday morning my wife woke me up to let me know that the hot water had run out while she was taking a shower. I confirmed this, checked the breaker and it was fine. I logged onto Angie's List and found Mr. Water Heater at the top of the list. Their website had a $100.00 coupon, so I called at 6 AM and was given a 10 AM show time with an $891.00 estimate. 10 minutes later I was called back and asked if 8:30 AM would be ok, which was even better. Larry arrived on time and did his thing. Larry was very personable and professional. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old water heater away with him. He accepted my Visa card as payment with no problem. I was charged $791.00 after the coupon was subtracted and the tax was 41.37. I am extremely happy with the work performed, especially on short notice. The problem was discovered and resolved in less than 6 hours. That kind of service is hard to beat!

The job took about 3 hours, he was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and actually seemed to enjoy what he was doing. I was quoted a price over the phone and even with an added task regarding my washer, the quote was honored. When all was said and done, you could not tell anyone was even there. I would recommend Mr. Water Heater to anyone.

The water heater which was installed less than a year ago stopped working and couldn't be repaired. Larry came out the next morning to take a look at it, drove across town to get parts, returned to repair it, only to discover that the pilot still wouldn't stay lit. He then warrantied out my unit, drove across town again and back with a brand new water heater, staying until 7:30 PM to get the job done! On top of that, he didn't even charge me for labor. I'll gladly use them again!
