Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters

He was on time, courteous, and made a Saturday call so that I didn't need to take off of work. I asked him to give me an opinion on my water heater, which he did, and he didn't try to 'sell' me that it had to be done today. (I couldn't spend the money anyway). He presented a price list and recommendation and that he would be happy to help me any way he could. It was an honest assessment and no pressure. Affordable Plumbing will be who I call to get it replaced next month.

Larry phoned that he was running a little late, which I appreciated the call for. I showed him all three faucet areas and he went to work. He called in help and the job was done faster because of it. The freezer water connection wasn't re-hooked up, as I realized this later that day. He came back the next morning to re-attach it. Other than that it was worth the wonderful deal of $49 per faucet!

lucky I had a Angie's list coupon, two hours for $99. A nice Tech came out, did the drain, replaced the pipes under sink and had time to do another drain that was slow. Great deal, very satisfied!

The serviceman arrived on time and was very polite. He explaiined what needed to be done and replaced the faucet in a very timely manner. He left the area clean and nice. I was very please with the service. The faucet works great no leaks.

William was the tech who handled the task, both removing the old disposal, which was somewhat rusted in place and required some effort to remove, and the installation of the new disposal. Cleanup was minimal. The job took a little less that an hour and was well done. William was courteous, professional and very competent. I would certainly recommend Affordable Plumbing for any plumbing repairs and/or installation.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal to replace two bathroom faucets that were old and difficult to turn on and off. I expected I would have to wait awhile to get an appointment but I was happily surprised they were able to do it within 2 days! Larry and William arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked to replace the entire 2 faucets and drain assemblies (which I did not expect) and left the area very clean. I then mentioned I had another faucet that was leaking when I turned on the cold water and they were able to replace that part as well since they had it on the truck. I felt the price they charged me to fix the additional faucet was very fair and I will definitely call them the next time I need any plumbing work done.

The plumber, Larry, (No, not the Cable Guy ) arrived in the agreed time frame and got right to work. He had to remove my old faucet and install the new one. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He finished the work quickly and with a smile. While he was here I also had him take a look at my water heater that will have to be replaced in the near future and gave me a rough estimate on what it will cost depending on what type of heater I chose to install. Good work was performed and no mess left behind. Thumbs up in my book.

I would hightly recommend Affordable Plumbing Company. I called to talk to a representative before buying the Angie deal. The person I spoke listened to my concerns and assured me the company would be able to solve my problems. There were three things I wanted to have done: Change out the membrane on my Reverse osmosis System; Fix the guest toilet (after flushing, it continued to run) and unclog my garbage disposal and kitchen sink. The young man sent to do the work, William, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do as he went about doing it. He did the jobs within the time frame and I'm very pleased with his work. Everything was done professionally and thoroughly. I would definitely call on this company again in the future. I would give this company an A plus rating!

Phone is answered by real person, doesn't go to voicemail, nice plus. Larry was able to respond that day, which was appreciated since we had no hot water. Unable to locate shutoff, so not all work was completed. Larry was very professional and easy to talk to about problems. What work that could be done did allow us to use hot water and tub. I was only able to use approx. one hour of two hour special, but that was unavoidable because of shut off problem

Have used Larry before and was impressed with quick response and his willingness to work with customer. I had previously purchased a $99. for 2 hours labor and since we were unable to locate shutoff Larry was only here for about an hour. Larry was willing to apply the coupon to this visit, which I appreciated very much. He had to replace much of the hardware on the faucet controls and the water faucet. On his last visit we were unable to locate water shutoff. All other units have shutoff on back of unit. My unit is the only one with the shutoff on the front, hidden by a large, dense hedge. Larry did a great job and I have plans to do some remodels in the kitchen and bath. I will not hesitate to call him when we are ready to do the more intensive work.

This the second time we've had Affordable Plumbing out to do work at our home. This time, Larry came out to replace our water heater and the tub/shower fixtures in two bathrooms. He was prompt and pleasant, as always. He also went to the trouble to get the hard to find replacement parts for the job ahead of time. When Affordable Plumbing tells you that the price of the water heater includes ALL installation parts and work, they mean it. They replaced the inlet valve with a better valve at no additional cost to us. Everything looks just wonderful. We are so pleased to have finally gotten the plumbing right in our new vacation home!!!
