I had drawings of what I wanted so he took my drawings and made all kinds of suggestions for improvements, things that I hadn't thought of. He just took my ideas and improved on them. I was completely happy with what he did. It's a very high-quality hardware and they're going to last a lifetime. It was pretty expensive but I had three or four people in to give me estimates. I had the big block store kind of thing and just independent guys, and there's a big business that just did carpentry and kitchen remodeling, and Carlton was the most expensive, but he was the only one that included everything that I needed and then a lot of extras which I agreed to. He was worth the price. He wasn't the best price, but for what I got, I was very happy to pay it. He solved it all in less than a day. The crown molding was lovely. I went to his workshop and picked out the type of wood that I wanted. He's a craftsman; he knows what he's doing. He was a real woodworking professional. He really works with wood. He matched up the grain in my cabinets from the top to bottom, even though there's like a series of four drawers or doors; all the grain matches throughout each door.
