Great! When I first reached out he was on a job. He took my call and was able to fit me in same day! He got me scheduled ASAP and I’m so thankful. We tried to clean ourselves but it’s a big dirty job we couldn’t handle. He explained to me maintenance to keep it running well and we will be using him yearly to clean it out. Thank you thank you thank you!

The company responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same week. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When I saw the final product of Michaels work I was astounded and very,very pleased. He took a day or so to respond to my call but scheduled promptly-- on the weekend, no less, to come out. We had a fountain with a ceramic pot in it that was COVERED in scale build up from years of hard water and a pump that was putting out very little water. Because of complicated installation issues, we were not able to replace the pump so Michael worked with what was available-- putting in new tubing and sealants to improve the water flow, i can actually see and hear the water moving! Then he cleaned that ceramic pot- its beautiful!- who knew there were so many colors under there. He also removed river rock, balanced the pot for even flow and generally cleaned the fountain. It really looked great, much better than i had ever seen it. His price was excellent for the results he gave. I would call him again for sure!

First of all, I was surprised the bid wasn't more. Mike and his employee traveled approximately one hour each way for two days. It wasn't an easy job. They had to remove all the rocks (many large and heavy) from the pond. After removing all the rocks they found a large hole that should have been filled with concrete by the original builder of the pond which required more time and material. The additional costs were very reasonable. When they finished both the pool fountain (they filled leaking gaps with colored grout) and the pond looked brand new. I have lived in this home for 8 years and have had many different upgrades or repairs by many different companies. My experience has usually been frustrating with most of these past companies. It was hard to get them scheduled in the first place and they either didn't show up or I felt their fees were too high (example - $3000 for resealing my stamped concrete patio which only took 12 hours). In summary - Mike was honest, showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job!

Michael responded quickly to our call and set up a date the following Monday to do the job. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. We were very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use Advanced Fountains again. It's great to see our water feature sparkling clean and working again!

Michael was unable to keep an appt. He rescheduled an appt. for an estimate 2 times in a row. The 3rd appt, was to do work on the fountain and after 3 hours of not arriving or calling we called and cancelled the work.

They had to take the fountain completely apart and rebuild it, also had to dig up the underground water line and replace it. Our only complaint is that, for various scheduling reasons, they were not able to do the job on back to back days and we had a couple of days in between work days. But that is minor. We are very happy with the work.

Overall very professional and would hire them again. We're very happy with the results considering all the failures we've had previously with other "service" providers.

Mike ground down the interior and exterior surfaces, sealed all cracks, and resurfaced the fountain with a colored cement. The fountain now looks beautiful and is leak-free. Mike also installed an automatic fill system. I don’t have to manually fill the fountain anymore. Mike is also a fast and very efficient worker as a professional should be. I am very pleased with work done.

They came when they said they would, were very professional, and did an very thorough job. We'll use them again for pump replacement or fountain work.

THEY COMMUNICATED TO US ABOUT DELAYS DUE TO BACKORDERED PARTS. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. THE FOUNTAIN HAS WORKED GREAT EVER SINCE.
