Kenny & Kristin Meyers installed 3 awnings at my 2 business locations September 2013. RIght away, one of the 2 large awnings was not installed properly and blowing a lot in the wind, so much now it is moving the posts they installed. Another smaller awning came unattached. They came & got the smaller awning & are supposed to bring it back to reinstall and fix the issue with the large awning. I have been trying to get this resolved since just after the completion but they would say they would come to resolve then not show up. Now they aren't responding to me or the BBB. Horrible customer service. Do not stand behind their service or products.

It was done to create shade in the summer time. It's absolutely necessary in Phoenix.

Luis came to our house to give an estimate. The job required replacement fabric for two existing flat sheet awnings. One of the awnings required relocation to a different window and slight modification of the bracket. We agreed on a price. He did not have material samples with him, so he mailed material samples a few days later and we made a selection. After two weeks we called and were told that the bracket modification had been made but there was a supply problem with the fabric. We called again after another week and were told the fabric was expected early in the next week and the job would be completed by the end of that week. Luis came on that Friday and installed the replacement fabric. As he attempted to install one awning it became clear that the bracket modification had never been made but he was attempting to install the awning anyway. I told him that was unacceptable and he removed the bracket to have it properly modified. They returned a few days later and installed the bracket; it had been somewhat modified but the workmanship was poor. We did not want to pursue the matter further so accepted the job as finished. We would not use Adobe Awning again.
