Called Action Termite based on the reviews they got on Angie's List. The woman who answered was courteous & friendly. She told me she could get someone out in less than 24 hours and gave an estimated time frame for arrival. Scott, the inspector, arrived promptly the next morning. He spent about 20-30 minutes checking the entire house, inside and out. In the end, he concluded we were clear - no termites to worry about. When he started to leave I asked if there was a charge and he said, "No". I thanked him for coming out and told him how much I appreciated him not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I asked for his card so we can make sure to call an honest company in case we ever had any problems in the future. Other prospective clients can call with confidence. They won't try to sell you a service you don;t need. Well done, Action Termite.

Called and setup an appointment. No technician showed up during provided appointment window. Called to confirm the appointment and asked for updated status, was informed that they would call us back with status. No call back over 2 hours later. Called again twice to request an updated status and was shuffled off to a voicemail each time. Simply wanted to cancel the appointment and find another provider that was more responsive and professional.

I had purchased my exterminator pest control deal on Angie's List on Thursday, 02-Nov-17, and Carl from Action Termite & Pest control promptly showed up in the morning the following day. He was very professional and courteous, and was helpful in removing all cob webs outside as well as spray inside the house. I had purchased a value deal with Action Termite & Pest Control and will definitely use them in the near future for all my pest control needs.

Treatment was completed timely and efficiently after the order was made via Angie's List. The technicians were very professional . They called ahead of arrival; once onsite, explained everything they were going to do, invited us to observe the techniques they were using, and completed the work within the time estimated.

Overall, went well. They arrived about five minutes after the indicated two hour window, but they did call and indicate when they were on their way. No big deal. The two gentlemen did the pigeon extraction and fenced in the area to prevent the pigeons from reappearing. The service was professionally done.

I appreciated the person who was sent out to do the estimate getting to this job so quickly, calling me in a timely fashion, being so friendly, and assisting me with whatever discounts he could give me. Paid for a termite treatment special on Angie's List, but after inspecting our home, they determined that it was unnecessary. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Their agent came late and didn’t even look at my roof before telling me it’s $895 instead of the $99 or so deal they advertised and I purchased which made me believe it was bait and switch. I got a refund from Angie’s List.
