The inspector was very knowledgeable. After the inspection, I felt that I had a much better understanding of the problem and what would be necessary to correct it.

Mastertech performed the $99 pigeon prevention service deal purchased through Angie's List. The service tech did a great job cleaning out nesting materials and covering the nesting sites with mesh to prevent future issues. There was a little bit of back & forth to get the appointment scheduled, but otherwise it went well.

They came by and did a free inspection, then scheduled the work promptly and completed the job right away. No more birds, birds**t, or noise. Thanks!! I live in a condo association so the birds do move around from nook to cranny periodically. But this particular pair had been roosting in or on the roof for over a year, and I finally got tired of asking the HOA to fix the problem. MetroTech did a great job and I would hire them again.

It went really well. I'm not sure if we got the whole $200 deal out of it, but the pigeons are gone. We paid another $300. Overall it was excellent. The price was pretty good. They seemed pretty professional. They did a great job of cleaning up everything and making sure it was all taken care of. Perhaps probably there should be a little more clarity on the price for the whole package.

The job went very well; they did the work much faster than I expected. It only needed one treatment instead of several, which saves me time.

Initial response to set appointment was good. The time was set for 1 p.m.-3 p.m. We had another appointment set for that morning and did not want both there at the same time. MasterTech showed up at approximately 11:15 a.m. with no prior call or notification at all. He did a very quick check for bugs in and out, did not do the termite inspection and the spraying that was done was slight and fast. Was very disappointed. Was a waste of money. Would not recommend or hire again. "Service" was provided on January 11, 2016.

We detected some termite tunnels into our house and saw the coupon for Action on Angies list. I bought the coupon and they called that same day and scheduled the treatment following workday. Roy came on time and was very knowledgeable, he identified that we had a post tensioned slab which meant he did not need to treat in the attached garage. He was able to drill through the expansion joint material instead if having to drill through the patio. I had another quote which wanted to drill through my cool deck. I highly recommend Action Termite Control and Roy as well.
