Spoke with Jason who explained the process and was very helpful and professional. They were very responsive and fairly priced.

The salesman, R.J. Geen, met with me and explained about the product and the treatment to the exterior of the house . The serviceman, Alex Corella, arrived on time and prepared the area for treatment by moving aside the ground cover of stones and dug a trench for the product. Then when treatment was completed he returned the area to it's original state. Prompt and great service all around!

I received a confirmation email and call within hours of purchasing the deal on Angies List. After the initial contact we scheduled the service within 3 days, definataly timely. Alex was very courteous and thoughtful. They did a thourough and curteous job. Although many purchase for the warranty, I purchased for the great service and exceptional quality. Great Bargain.

They were good. We liked them. We would recommend them.They were competent and the price was competitive. We have to wait for the follow up. Within the year they will do a follow up to see if the treatment was effective. They knew what they were doing but we have to see if any termites return. Hopefully their work was good.

We called a few companies to get quotes and decided to go with Action Termite Control. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and was very sympathetic to our situation. When we purchased our home about 2 years ago and were told that we had a termite warranty. We called the company through which we had the warranty. After THREE return visits they thought they had resolved the problem (they said we would have to wait several days to see if activity would subside). However, a year later we started seeing termite ‘tubes’ coming out of the kitchen ceiling again! When we called out the company that we originally had the warranty (that had now expired) we got the run around of what type of chemical should have or could have been used and they ‘scolded’ me for not purchasing the extended warranty! So after getting our quotes and deciding to schedule with Action Termite Control we were given an appointment time right away that was very convenient for us. Both gentleman that we worked with gave me the opportunity to ask questions and seemed very confident that they could resolve my problem. The technician showed up on time. He worked very efficiently and explained what he was doing. He made sure he was not inconveniencing us with noise and dust and cleaned up after himself. Due to all of our previous headaches; we’ve become very familiar with the patterns and activities of these creepy little creatures. By the time the technician had finished working all activity had stopped. So in a matter of hours Action was able to resolve a problem that took another company 2 years to never completely resolve! And on top of it all we now have an 8 year warranty – far longer than any other company was able to give. We would HIGHLY recommend Action Termite Control for anyone needing termite control. Estimator was on time and thorough. Applicators were pleasant, cooperative and thorough.

A family member noticed termite "tubes" in our garage and suggested that we have the property inspected and treated for termites. As a realtor, she provided us with two recommended service providers. At the same time, we received an Angie's List offer via e-mail for treatment by Action Termite. Action's price was lower and guarantee was longer than the service provider's to whom we had talked, but the offer was limited to homes smaller than ours. I contacted Action Termite and they agreed to honor the price of the offer on our home. At the same time that the termite activity was noticed, we had a plumbing leak underneath our slab that resulted in the slab having to be jack hammered open and most of the tile in our downstairs having to be replaced. Action suggested that they return to examine the slab once all the tile was pulled up and treat the breach in the slab at that point. We arranged for Action to return to our home at a specific time to coincide with the tile work. They came back to the house, examined the slab and treated the breach quickly and professionally, with minimum impact to the tile work.

Mike was to arrive between 12N and 2pm, but he came early at 10:30am. He drew a map of where he would place the Termidor. Following the map, he drilled holes around the perimeter of the house and applied the treatment for extermination of the termites. He explained that it would take a couple of months for all the termites to become afflicted and die. He then filled in the holes he had drilled, and we feel he did an excellent job. Mike was very knowledgeable, pleasant, explained the procedure and effects of Termidor and the warranty for 10 years.

The tech was very knowledgeable about the chemical he was using, how it was to be applied, and what may occur in the future. It came with 10 yr guarantee, but he explained if there was more infestation, how it would occur and how it would have to be handled. He was very professional and was on time. He left the landscape exactly as he found it, no mess or disturbance in the landscaping. Jesus Garcia was the tech.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services. There was nothing in particular that I liked or disliked about them. They got the job done. They didn’t refer any supervising person. They just came, did the job and left. They were nice too. They were awesome and I would recommend them to a family member or friend. I will use their services again in the future. I don’t remember the price but it was good.

I discovered a termite infestation at the corner of my garage while I was home from a business trip. I clled around, and had a couple of estimates done, but neither of the companies could take care of the treatmen while I was home. I received an email from Angie's List with a coupon for a full tretment that included a ten year warranty for $750.00, so I called them. The coupon price was over $300.00 less than the lowest estimate that I had previously receivied, and they said that they could be there ready to do the job while I was home. The exterminator arrived at the time that they said he would, measured the foundation and gave me a detailed summary of what he was going to do and how long it would take. He completed the job in the time that he said he said he would, and claned up all that he could with the wet pavement, and replaced the pea rock that was disturbed so that the area around the house looked just as it did before he started. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and did a great job.

When RJ came to give me a quote, I was 15 minutes late and he waited patiently sweltering in the hot sun, and the dogs were going berserk, poor man!!! When I finally decided to go with Action Termite, Richard, the service guy made sure that the office called me to let me know that he was going to be late. They shouldn't have booked him for more homes than he can handle in a reasonable time. Anyway, he worked even when it became dark. He dug around the perimeter of the house, and drilled holes into the concrete to put the termidor poison in. He was surprised that I was not told to move anything that was against the wall such as my pot plants but there wasn't a lot to be moved so that was OK. He cleaned up nicely before he left.

They did a visit to explain the cost and procedure approx one week prior to the treatment date. They were very thorough and explained what the service man would do, how long it would take, etc. The serviceman arrived on time and asked if we had any questions, then started his job. Very nice serviceman, great attention to details. I would use these guys again, and have already told others about them.

I highly recommend them, very professional and the staff is great too.

RJ scheduled a treatment to be done on Aug 8th. He had said we caught the damage early enough s the termites had not made their way from the shed to my house. His workman was just as knowledgable, treating that specific part of the shed that showed activity. In the future, if I notice more signs around the shed, it will cost nothing for them to come again to treat the area. I appreciate the expertise shown by both servicemen representing this company. Nothing like Peace of mind, knowing the support and expert help for dry wood termites.

I have been working with Brent for a week now coordinating inspection and service for ourselves and a number of other neighbors. He has been courteous, prompt and professional each time I have spoken with him in person or by phone. Debbie at the office was also very nice and responsive to my needs. The crew that came out to the house today for prevention service arrived at the time scheduled, replaced the rock and items that had to be moved to do the work and they were very nice as well. I found Action Termite Control very easy to deal with and offered a fair price for the services they provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Action Termite Control sent a very professional person to inspect my home and to provide an estimate. He found no sign of termites. The estimate for treatment with a six year warranty cost $889 and that is exactly what I paid. The treatment was scheduled for a few days later and took about 2.5 hours. Trenches were dug around the foundation and the Termidor was poured into the trenches. Holes were drilled into two concrete patios and a brick patio. The Termidor was then poured into the holes. Holes in the concrete were then filled with a concrete patch. This could have been done more neatly because some of the mix was splashed on my patios doors but it washed off fairly well with a garden hose and then window cleaner. The holes in the brick patio were minimal since they were drilled in the joints and I filled those myself with patio sand and they are now invisible. There was a slight chemical odor during the treatment but it was minimal and by evening it was gone. Everyone showed up on time and the whole procedure was simple, fast, and easy to understand.

I work as a journalist from home. They were to come by between 10am and noon to do a termite inspection. I scheduled my work and interviews around this time, and they didn't show - basically wasting 2 hours of my workday. At 12:10, when I'd gone back to work and was on the phone he called to say he was running late (no kidding) and would be there soon. I of course didn't hear that message. He called again to say he'd arrived and saw my "do not disturb" sign. Not exactly possible to conduct phone interviews and answer the door for the late exterminator too. You snooze, you lose with me. Looking for another company now.

Action Termite was called after discovering that termites were eating through the drywall in the office. The appointment was made on a Monday morning and they arrived on Wednesday. The appointment window was between 12 pm - 5 pm. I would have preferred a smaller window in terms of arrival time. The tech thoroughly explained the process. They drilled holes and dug a trench around the house. He said it would take up to three months to kill all of the termites. The cost was $850.00 for a 2,200 square foot house with a 2 year warranty. I would recommend this company and use again.
