Once it was agreed to proceed, Action Termite was able to schedule and complete the work within about ten days.The technician was timely arriving; then he thoroughly explained what he was going to do in all areas as there were different issues such as landscape rock. concrete, pavers for extensive patio area, and expansion joints between concrete slabs and the home itself. He was careful to collect debris the drilling generated so there was mimimal residue of dust. He also cleaned the small amountof spillage of the treating chemical. Compared to other termite jobs I've seen this was the least evident once the work was completed. The signed paper work is the msot obvious evidence the work was completed.

They came out and finished the job in one day. No muss, no fuss, no bother. Would definitely recommend them.

They do a very nice job. They serviced us for about a year or so. They came out and retreated when we needed them. It was a great value. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They dug a 2 inch trench around my house and placed termidor. They came on time and were here for a few hours. They came and did what they were suppose to do. We received heavy rain soon after, so I am hoping the treatment works, but the work was fine.

We were doing an emergency repair to a bathroom and saw that the area behind the shower walls had active termites in it. We called Action Termite Control who had a "big deal" going on and they were able to send someone to inspect and then treat within days. They even drilled holes carefully in our flagstone without cracking the stones in order to get termite treatment to a large area at the front of our home. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough. He worked quickly despite the very hot temperatures and worked with and around the bathroom repair people that were also in the house.

Every part of this went well. It was a good experience as a homeowner to know what work was going to be done in advance. The representative, Jesus, was very professional. There was nothing unexpected other than it went so well. I used an angies list coupon with this company and it was important that I had a good experience. My last experience using angies list coupon with a different company was bad.

Ordered termite treatment with this company though "The Big Deal" and was pleasantly surprised at the promptness and professionalism of this company. Would definitely use them again (although hopefully don't have to because treatment was thorough and came with a 10 year warranty) or recommend them to others.

We recently closed on a new home and the inspection found termites in the garage. We searched on Angie's List for a highly-rated provided and found Action Termite Control. They had a deal running for $749, plus an annual inspection fee of $49, for 10 years guaranteed. I bought the coupon. The next day, I received an email from their office to call and setup an appointment for service. We scheduled, and later I had to re-schedule when problems arose at my home closing. I had to re-schedule one more time for safety reasons (I had an active bee colony removed from the house.) Each time, Action Termite cheerfully understood my situation and willingly re-scheduled the service. The day of the service, the technician did an inspection and planned the treatment. He provided us with a sketch of the work he was about to do. He quickly performed the foundation work and the work in the garage. When he was finished, the technician reviewed the work with us. Incredibly, we were moving some heavy furniture (a bath tub), and he jumped in and helped us carry it to the street. Way above and beyond the call of duty. Time will tell how effective the treatment was [at the required inspection a year from now], but as for the professionalism of the technician; the experience was great.

All in all it was a good experience and we would recommend this company to any homeowner going through termite troubles. In Arizona it's pretty much a given that you will deal with termites at some piont in time. Call Action Termite for excellent service.

I've been with this company since I bought the house and there's been no reoccurance of termites. This time I got the ten year contract and I'm happy about the price. Brent did a thorough re-application and went over some new sections. It was done efficiently and professionally.

They came out this morning. I showed him the area I thought were the evidence of termites was. He checks and told me he didn’t see any evidence of termites. I told him that I didn’t want to get the service if I didn’t need it. They recommended another provider if I had other issues needing dealt with. I got a refund for the Big Deal.

My technician, Jesus, explained each stage of the treatment prior to starting and answered all my questions. I found him very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. I also appreciated how carefully he worked. Any Drill holes in the cement that were needed were barely noticeable. I would not hesitate to recommend action termite and Jesus if you need termite treatment.

They were good. They were quick and from what I could tell they didn't scrimp on the chemicals. He used plenty of chemicals. He said to wait about 3 months to make sure I didn't see any resurgence.

It has been a number of years since my house was treated against termites and we decided it was time to get the service performed. I checked with another Angie's List "A" rated provider and received an inspection and quotation. However, we decided to go with Action Termite Control because of their significantly lower initial treatment cost as the result of the Angie's List Special as well as their warranting their service for a full 10 years. The other firm offered their initial protection service that was warranted for 2 years and then required an annual inspection/treatment fee that would be continue their warranty 1 year at a time after each inspection and subsequent treatment. Economically, the service from Action was the best for us and their annual inspections are included as part of the initial price. As with the others, they warrant their work and will treat any suspected future termite problem as part of their package. I also investigated the Termidor material used in their service and it appeared that this is the best or at least one of the best methods used for treatment and termite prevention. The technician, Alex Corella, phoned ahead about an hour before the appointment time and arrived promptly as we had arranged. He was very professional and set about trenching the foundation and drilling where necessary on sidewalks, etc. The Termidor material was applied all the way around the house and the whole job was completed in less than 2 hours. After he was finished, there was no sign that he had done the job other than the small holes in the sidewalk that were very nicely patched with the same color as the concrete. We were very pleased with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend Action Termite Control to anyone.

Pleasant office personnel who scheduled estimator visit time slot. Estimator called prior to arrival as scheduled. Discussion of work needed was very comprehensive and understood. Price was competitive. Work was performed two days later by an experienced technician, as per the prior explanation. Thermidor application takes several months to work, so too early to rate success at this time, but I have every reason to believe that application was as needed. I would recommend Action to anyone with termite treatment needs.

I purchased a Big Deal offer through Angie's List for this company. I had termites and they treated for it. I was able to use the coupon. They treated the ground with a newer more effective and safer treatment. They guarantee the treatment for 10 years and will inspect annually. I am pleased with the work done.

They are the best! It was the first time I had used them. They have a better warranty than everyone else and their product lasts longer.

The day after we called for an estimate, Mike came out. He found a few active termite tubes on the foundation outside of the house. He also inspected the inside of the house, and other than one place we showed him with a few little holes in the wall, he didn't find any indication of termites inside. Mike drew a diagram of the house and showed us where he thought it should be treated -- putting Termidor in a trench around the outside of the house and garage to kill any termites that came in from the outside, into holes in the foundation walls around the outside to kill termites that were already in the house, as well as into holes drilled in the foundation underneath the carpet in the room that had evidence of termites and where the outside treatment could not be done because of a common wall with a neighbor. Mike sat down with us and explained the reasons for each part of the treatment that he was recommending. He gave us an estimate, and we discussed a few other option with him and the cost of each. We decided to go with Mike's recommendations and to contract with Action Termite Control for several reasons. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Their estimate was very reasonable. This company uses Termidor, which from the research we found on the Internet seems to be somewhat more effective than other chemicals for subterranean termites. And, the company gave us a 10-year warranty. The next day, Brian came out and did all the trenching and drilling and filled it all with Termidor. Then he and a co-worker put the soil back in the trenches, patched the holes in the foundation and put the carpet back down. It took them the better part of a day to do all the work. After they left, we noticed one hole in the foundation that had not been patched. We called and Brian came out the next week to patch it.

Inpection did not take very long. Result ing no evidence of termites. Inspector was on time ,courteous, informative,and not pushy.Whole process took approx 45 min.

We paid $1645, but we bought an 11-year contract, it was 10 + 1 free. They are very professional.

Our prior 5year warranty expired we wanted inspection and treatment and to be covered by warranty for future . We wanted to know what product they used, how they would treat property, filling bottom of built in cabinets in garage, drill along foundation of entire house, trench all ground around entire property.how much product was use, how they would clean up and how many year warranty( 6 ). Action Termite was very professional , very informative ( answered all of our questions and added other important information. When I found termite tubes hanging from my vaulted ceilings I freaked. All I could think of was them chewing away at all the wood in the house and that the roof was gonna cave in on me! I chose Action Termite based on the many excellent reviews and their"A" rating. A big plus and the clincher for me in selecting Action Termite was that termite control is what they specialize in. Not termite "and pest control" so I knew these guys must now what they're doing since they've been in business since 1969. They were also able to come on Saturday which was great because I work during the week. Very very nice and professional people to deal with from making the appointment to Mike B. that came out to give an estimate to Brian who came to do the job. Mike B. was very thorough in his inspection and pointed out additional termite tubes that I didn't see and wasn't aware of. He was very nice and patient in answering any questions I had and gave me a mini-course on termites so I understood how they operate so to speak and what options I had as far as treatment. I opted for the pricier option, but was able to use the $150 Angie's List coupon which made it a little more affordable plus I got an extra year warranty out of it too! Brian came out to do the treatment and he was very thorough and was done in a little under 4 hrs. It's been almost a month since they've come out and no sign of termite tubes so far which means the Termidor is working so far. Thank you Action Termite for doing such a great job!
