Action Termite Control was great. Very personable. Explained every detail of the job and walked me through exactly what they were going to do. They also give you a great warranty with the service. Everything was good about these guys.

My husband said the technician was knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection and treatment. Setting up the 1st appointment was very easy to schedule. The technician did call to try and come earlier than our scheduled time. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received from Action Termite Control

I reviewed Angie's list and noted Action Termite Control, LLC was a highly rated company and had many positive reviews. After checking with the Registrar of Contractors and BBB and seeing Action's high rating with both, I contacted the company. The company's representative was very knowledgeble and courteous and fully explained the "Deal" Action was offering; $759 for the treatment and a 10 year warranty. These terms were much better than other competitors, so I selected Action to do the work. Jeremy, the technician, arrived at my home as scheduled. He explained the treatment plan and walked around my home with me evaluating the upcoming job. He immediately went to work and was completely finished in about 2 1/2 hours. He then took me through each step he used in completing the work and thoroughly answered all my questions. The holes in the garage floor had been patched and were virtually invisible. The trench around the home was completely covered and returned to its previous condition. Jeremy was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. After speaking with him, I felt very comfortable that the work would be performed to the highest standards. I would definitely recommend Action Termite Control to my neighbors and friends.

The technician arrived early without phoning beforehand. When I questioned that, he mentioned that he had not been provided with the request to do so. He performed the tasks quickly and completely. When the trenches were filled up, after having the poison put in, he filled them up and there was no notice that there had been a trench there in the first place. In the places where concrete was used to fill a hole in a concrete sidewalk, the fill concrete was very similar to the sidewalk. In the places were a flexible item had a hole drilled into it, the fill material was similar in color to the basic item and was nearly undetectable. All in all, we are very satisfied with the entire work.

Everything went smooth. They treated my house for termites. I need to have them come out annually to keep the warranty and hopefully this took care of the problem.

This was a wonderful experience. Action Termite Control was extremely helpful in answering my questions before I bought the "Big Deal" and also afterward. Scheduling to have them come to the house was done within a week of my contacting them. The service techs were punctual, very professional and efficient . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for termite prevention.

The technicians did a wonderful job and I felt were very thorough. I pointed out areas of concern and they listened and then addressed each concern. They were very neat, and the treatment went very well. Holes were drilled in concrete areas around my home for the treatment to penetrate, they filled the holes after applying and they are barely noticeable. The warranty on the Termidor is excellent , 10 years. I was told if ANY problem emerged in that time they would come back and address it, and I have faith they would. There was a problem but they took care of it. We have a 10 year warranty so if we see any termites, we'll give them a call.

I was unable to use the deal, however the company was fine I was just not going to be available to have the work done due to medical issues. They were helpful, it was just my inability to be available for them.

My house is about 15 years old now, and the original treatment that the house had was worn off, same as several of the houses in the subdivision. I did have termites (and didn't know what they were at first). I purchased this deal and I am extremely happy. The company scheduled the appointment for me right away. Jesus showed up right on time. He was dressed professionally in a neat uniform. He put on booties before coming into the house. I showed him my little critter's tunnel and where else I had seen the tunnels. He explained in detail what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. He got started right away. It took him approximately 3 hours to complete the job, which is exactly how long he said it would take. When he was finished, he took me around the house and showed me exactly what he had done. He asked several times if I had any questions or concerns, and answered all my questions. He provided a diagram for me of exactly where he had injected the chemicals, and gave me the paperwork for the 10 year guarantee. He was so polite and professional. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend this company. My next door neighbors had their house done by a different company, and I asked the man who was doing their house for a ball park figure as to how much it would cost to do my house. He said it would probably be around $900-$1000 with a 3 year guarantee. I am so happy I waited and had Action Termite Control do my house.
