ACTION Termite & Pest Control

Basically I paid $100 to have them tell me I needed to spend $2000. I have talked to other pigeon removal companies for $0 to get a quote. The "work" they did was negligible. It was a total waste of money.

My experience was favorable as they were on time, professional and took care of the work they committed to do.

Arrived on time and completed services as requested.

On 6-15 Brent came out and quoted me for a pigeon issue I had in the front of my house. He was on time, answered all my questions & took the time with me I needed. He didn't make me feel pressure but just was knowledgeable and explained my situation to me. I wanted the issue taken care of ASAP and they were actually able to send 2 guys out the very next day. On 6-16 two techs named Danny & Riley showed up. Both were on time and very professional as well. They handled the issue quickly. I was very pleased with what a quick turn around this was and how well it was handled. I have already referred a few family members over the weekend to Mastertech & they will absolutely be my Pest company of choice moving forward.

The service MasterTech Pest Solutions provided for me was excellent. They sprayed the entire house inside & out perimeters and I can visibly see their work has already done the job being that I have yet to see any bugs, scorpions, etc around my house. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!

Brent came out to.the house I told him.the main problem was with the peak of.the house I could hear the pigeons in my bathroom which is upstairs. He pointed out some other spots and said they would clean up the debris, pressure wash, and replace screening. I paid $450.00 for servixe the following day wednesday 6-14. No one showed up nor called. When i called the comany tbey said the technician didnt have a ladder of sufficient height and had to reschedule for friday. I said I couldn't wait that long and wanted a refund, receptionist called me back and said they could come tomorrow Thursday 6-15. New screening was only placed on one area, the rest of the areas he just used my original screening that was there and nailed it back in place. None of the debris was removed, nor was there any additional screening placed in the areas of need. The balcony was not pressure washed and the screening still had nesting behind it. This has been the worse service I have ever received. Nothing but a waste of time and money.

I missed my first appointment and had to reschedule. The office was totally accommodating and very pleasant. The tech, John, was amazing. He was friendly and professional, and he was great with my dogs even though they were barking at him incessantly. I will definitely use them again.

He was very personable. He was a kind of a young guy. He was just tring to explain something about the insects. He said it's like a premature ejaculation. I'm like "Oh", and he was like I know that's not a pretty way to explain. I still laugh about it, and I haven't seen him since. I don't now if he's still with the company or if they just paid for him. I wouldn't give them an "A". Ever since then they have been very professional and given us exactly what we wanted. The price was really good. We're thinking about not using them again. It is not so much them, there is just a local company that take care of scorpions pretty well. These people are way into Phoenix and I see that they are getting ready to open a local office in our area. I have not made a firm decision on that yet. I had to finally call and say that it's been five months since they been hear. The lady says that my name must have been dropped out of their computer when they switched systems. I'm like great, I paid you and then I thought I'm still going to get my treatments. I was pretty annoyed with that. It took me forever to get them out because they were busy. That was pretty fustrating. When they say they are going to be there, they show up. I can't complain. I will consider using them again and do some price comparison before I do it.

Tech was professional. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Phone calls were answered quickly and by a real person (yeah, that's a big deal for me).
