I haven’t seen any termites as far as I can tell. I assume it works, I'll find out over the coming years. It was good. The guy did what he needed to do. He told me where he had to drill a hole and all is fine. He differentiated between termite sites. I have no complaints whatsoever. Part of the deal required an annual re-inspection for I think about $50 and that’s probably fine anyway to get your house inspected periodically. Part of the reason is that it’s so much less expensive than it would have been otherwise. I knew that it would cost me more eventually and I think that’s really just to keep their warranty in effect and that’s just fine to me. I think they have a 10-year warranty or something if you have the inspection. The price was certainly right. It was substantially less than it would have been just to hire another termite treatment company outright. I'm all happy.

As far as I know, everything was done satisfactorily. The main reason why I purchased it is I think it’s a good value. The work was done and I don’t think that they try to sell anything else. I didn’t have any issues since the service was done. He seemed to think that the job they did will take care of the issue. I think the price was half price or something.

Everything went smoothly and on time as scheduled..the staff were polite and friendly and cleaned up after themselves!! Wonderful experience and good price as well. I would definitely recommend Action Termite and feel confidant that they will take care of any future termite issues.

It went great. He seemed to have done a thorough job. It is to early to tell if the bugs are gone. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend to others and also use them again myself.

Made a call to the local office and scheduled an appointment with Mike to show up the next day. Mike was on time very professional, even found areas where the termites where starting to make their tubes that Orkin and Truly Nolan missed. he offered treatments like the other with the exception that they offered to treat all downstairs plumbing at no additional cost, unlike the other companies. Once I Selected Action, they set up an appointment for the next day, Ed, their technician called just before showing up as promised, he was extremely professional and completed the job in no time at all. I have recommended them to my neighbors as well.

It went well. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The treatment also came with a ten year guarantee and annual inspections during that time.

Brent was very responsive and called immediately after I purchased the bee removal deal. We made an appointment for the following week, and he arrived at the agreed upon hour. Hive in the house was larger than I expected but Brent took care of it, along with a smaller hive that had been established outside in the irrigation system control. Nobody got stung, and Brent cleaned up the mess pretty well. In general, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and I would use their services in the future.

I set up an appointment for a termite check with Action Termite after purchasing a 10-year service contract and termite prevention package as a deal on Angie's List and seeing the company's many positive reviews. Action Termite came to my home, performed a check for termites, and installed termite prevention. I thought I had evidence of termites in one corner of my home, but they determined that it was actually crickets and not termites. They were very professional, answered all of my questions, and took care of the installation without incident. I'm very happy with their service.

Brent was prompt and professional. I messaged several services asking for a quote for the job. I knew immediately upon receiving Brent's reply that I would go with MasterTech. He gave me the extra information that I would likely need to remove the hive after exterminating the bees. He was the only supplier to inform me of all the details up front and I appreciated it greatly. He was right. He did the job of exterminating the bees and cut the wall to remove the hive. Then he referred me to a great repair service to complete the job.

I ordered the service in the morning, about 9. Two hours later I received a phone call stating they could provide the service today if that was convenient for me. I had noted that weekends would be better for me since I work all week and don't get home until after 4. The young man was here by 12:30 and gone by 1:00. Inside and outside-around the house and around the walls surrounding the property. Very happy with the company. Very professional, punctual, and communicated nicely with each other and myself.

It is a big deal purchase with Action Termite Control for pest control and exterminating it is Termidor termite treatment prevention and 10-year warranty for $759. It was just the one time when they came down. It was last year it’s between Thanksgiving and Christmas probably in December. No additional cost of service. They came in when they were supposed to. They were done you can really tell that they were here. I mean they were really prompt and that didn’t take long I mean like after we called they were here like a few days later was really fast. The pricing was good. What I thought was pretty was the follow-up every year it is only $49 and a lot of people charge great deal more than that. It is hard to judge that isn’t it. When I have to know that by is the termites come back I mean it seem good so far.

Brent Agee has been treating my home for approximately 2 years. He is always very prompt, professional and friendly. I have referred his business to my friends and neighbor's. I am a property insurance adjuster and VERY "picky" about services performed on my home. I give MasterTech an A+ Rating!! I have not had a bug in or around my house for years.

It has gone well so far. They've been very accomodating to what I've asked them to do.

Richard arrived on time and started to assess the termite damage both inside the house and outside. After that he made a detailed layout of the |house footprint and detailed how he would attack the problem. He then drilled holes into the foundation at an angle to get to the soil below the slab floor and injected the fluid to rid the termites. All off the holes in the foundation were then filled with cement and viola! no more termites. |All in all a great job done by a professional . I would recommend them to anyone.

Came on time and explained the procedure. Performed the treatment professionally and provided the warranty paperwork.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out well. He came out to do the work about a week after I purchased the deal. The service was done as expected and they did what they were supposed to. They were right on time and were professional.

We have two small children so when we noticed a small scorpion in our master bath we called our termite company Action termite control right away. They referred us to MasterTech and we are so glad they did. Brent the owner sent someone out right away. The gentleman was very nice and professional. I had concerns about spraying and my two children so we discussed my options and found what worked best for me. We now have a monthly service with them and happy we do. No scorpions!

It has gone fine so far. It does take them a while to get here. Once you call in a problem, it could be a week before they're going to show up. Everything else is fine. I wasn't here. My neighbor watches the house, he is a Phoenix policeman. He came in and he found a shelter tube hanging from the ceiling in the master bath. So I called them to come out. It had to be on a Friday when he was off. It took them 3 or 4 weeks before they could match up with him. They didn't go up in the attic which I thought they should have. I don't know if I'm right or not and I was not here. I wasn't here to insist they go up in the attic to check but I'm thinking about getting an independent termite inspector to come in and go over the place and then if he finds anything I'll call Action up again and tell them to get out here because I've got a 10 year protection plan. I'm a little surprised that they don't come out, when you call them you're going to have to expect at least a week and maybe more at times. Since they did the whole house protection, I've had termites show up in the garage twice. Their price is pretty good.They came out when they said they were going to come out. I think they could have done something to prevent that stuff showing up in the garage. They said they did what they needed to do. They shot stuff up into the Sheetrock and then covered it up and they shot it into the wall and covered it up but they did not go up in the attic which I think they should have done, but I'm no termite expert either. I've still got another shelter tube in the garage, so I've got to call them out again.

.It went super. They got rid of the tunnels and termites and we haven't seen them anymore. We were happy to find a company that was professional and knowledgeable! We bought a 10 year warranty so they will come out each year and check and treat as needed.

The service was very good. They are very good. I will use them in the future.

They showed up on time. This is a 10 year plan, I have only had one spray so far.
