I bought a special offer from Angie's List for a one-time pest control treatment. I did not have a problem, but did it as a preventive measure. Everything went perfectly. The technician called ahead that he was on his way, and he came at the scheduled time. He thoroughly treated my entire property, answered my questions. He offered various options for ongoing service, but there was no pressure. I decided at this time not sign up for repeat treatments, but if I ever feel the need for it, I will definitely consider this company.

The tech arrived early, and was very thorough. I was very impressed by the attitude, being very straight forward about the process, and the warranty guidelines. I would highly recommend them!

My experience was fine. The technician did a thorough job and he explained what he was doing in the appointment. He let me know ahead of time where he would be and how much he would be doing it for. He went over prices for me in case I wanted to use them in the future.

Had noticed a termite trail, and called immediately to schedule an inspection, which was scheduled at my convenience. The inspector arrived ahead of his appointment time and did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house. No other evidence of termites found, so went ahead and set up a time, again at my convenience, to have the house treated. The day of the service, the 2 person crew arrived late, but did let me know when they would be here, which was great! The two split up, where one person trenched and drilled outside, while the other technician applied the foam treatment to the walls adjacent to all plumbing inside. The entire process was completed in about 1 1/2 hours (as opposed to the original 2-3 hours that was initially projected). This is a family operation that treats you like family. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

We utilized MasterTech as it had already established itself with good ratings on Angie's list. We used a "Buy it Now" coupon and with the online purchase, we were able to provide the company with available dates for service by email. We received immediate contact and we were able to schedule the appointment for one of the dates that was convenient for us. The technician arrived on time and was friendly. We were very happy with the service and we will use them in the future.

I'm very pleased with the level of service and care that Master Tech has provided me. Brent, the owner, is always very responsive and fits me into their routes, even on a day's notice. My technician, Zach, is the epitome of what you want out of someone who provides a service. He's always on time, he's extremely thorough, very patient and his attention to customer service is impeccable. It's because of Zach that I exclusively use Master Tech for all of my pest control needs.

I found Master Tech Pest Solutions under special deals - the reviews were great and the special deal price was just as great. They came out the very next day after purchase and they callled before arriving. Zack, our technician, was very prompt, very professional, very thorough, very friendly. Offer comes with a 15-day call back if still having trouble with ants, and a 30-day general call for any other problems. I DO plan on having them treat my home routinely now because they are trustworthy, prices are reasonable and there's no contract required. I highly recommend them!

He did an excellent job. There was a mix up with the address since we had just moved and showed up at our old home. He promptly drove across the valley to make it in time for our appointment. He was kind and professional and even though our home was larger then the advertised price, he didn't charge extra. I was very satisfied and have decided to have him come back next month.

It worked out really well – they did a great job. They were treating for roaches. Since they've come out, I've not seen any roaches at all. The tech was very friendly, very nice, and made sure he didn't intrude. He was concerned about our dog, and explained what type of roaches we had, what he was going to do, and what we should expect.

They sprayed the house inside and out and removed the bug problem.

On time, very professional, treatment did exactly what they said it would do.

My experience with Master Tech was great. They came out right away and gave me an honest assessment, that there was hive in my roof and they would likely have to cut into it to remove the entire hive, but would do their best to cut through stucco only to save me a large repair bill with a roofing company. He came back the next day when there still appeared to be some bees swarming and sprayed at no extra cost. That greatly reduced the number of bees, but there were still too many to patch the stucco so he came back again and was able to remove enough of the hive without cutting my roof that I was able to have it patched. He took care of the whole thing and I'm quite pleased with the result. He was prompt and professional and I would definitely use them again.

.Zach came out at the scheduled time... what a "breath of fresh air" this young man is. Being fairly new to Arizona, I had lots of questions to ask and he answered every one of them. He thoroughly explained what they treat with and what is sprayed. I feel like I have been well-educated regarding the pests that are common in Arizona. I have now signed up for regular service... Zach is an asset to this company!

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technician was a good guy and worked hard. He showed up on time and was polite. He came out for the service within a week and they were very responsive. The service seems to be working so far.

Awesome! After seeing 1 live scorpion in our house on 7/16 (and one dead one the previous week), I called on 7/17, and Zach was able to come out the same day. He was very thorough, polite, professional, and offered other ideas of how to seal the scorpions. He took the time to answer all my questions, since this was the first time we had ever seen a scorpion in our house. We love this company!

The service went well. I paid additional for them to do the service outside the ground level. I thought the additional fee was a little pricey, but the issue has been resolved. The technician was professional, called before he came out and always came on time. He did a good job and I had no issues with scheduling.
