ACTION Termite & Pest Control

It worked just fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price of $395. Their treatment seems to be effective. We don't have any more signs of termites. They just seem real pleasant to deal with, very polite and very clean. They put on booties.

Everything went very well. Zach was very polite, explained everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. MasterTech (Jorry) contacted me the day after I submitted my request through Angie's List, and my appointment was scheduled for my first preferred time. I definitely will call MasterTech again!

Two-man crew seemed quite knowledgable, very polite, and efficient. Let us know what to expect and then quietly went about their work. Cleaned up very nicely when finished. I recommend them.

They were great! They came out the day I called to provide an estimate. They hopped up on the roof, took pictures of everything and then made recommendations. They were back out two days later to perform the work. They really did an amazing job, including power washing the area that had the nest, the roof, and the driveway (to clear all the debris). Highly recommended! Work included a one year warranty.

The company was quick to respond, the treatment successfully eliminated the pests, and the two technicians were informative and efficient. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and we actually plan on having them come back quarterly.

Went fine. Very basic process. Did ask about termites and he stated upon looking at walls inside and out that there was nothing visible that would represent termites were around.

Jordan showed up to do the monthly spray. He was on time, professional and friendly. These guys are really good at what they do.

It's been 2 months and we have seen no additional tubes. The treatment is supposed to last up to 10 years. The exterminator was professional. He wore shoe covers into the house & did a good job of cleaning up where he drilled & filled the termidor. Service was punctual.

Seemed like a normal pest control service. One thing I did not like was their tank left droplets on my travertine tile that could not be removed. It appeared to have seeped through the sealant.

I am a fussy anal retentive mechanical engineer and licensed a/c mechanic....so I am pretty hard to please 100%....but these folks did it. The tech was informative, knowlegeable, and thorough. Nothing more to say when results are this good.

The technician was very polite and professional. He did a thorough job of spraying the inside and outside of the house.

The inspector was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time examining the house, showing me anything he discovered. He provide a quote with a drawing of the house and grounds and clearly explained the treatment plan. There was no pressure to sign up immediately. I felt like he really knew what he was doing, cared about getting my issues fixed and completely understood how upset I was that Sexton's work had been so poor and that I expected better from Action. The team came the next week and treated the entire exterior & some of the interior of my house. They had to pull back the carpet and treat some of the floors/stem walls inside the house. They were very professional and took great care both inside and outside to drill holes and fill them as cleanly as possible. The rugs were returned to their original condition, furniture put back - again with great care. They were at the house for several hours and I was able to witness that every square inch was treated (unlike the prior year's treatment from Sexton when large areas were missed). I was having a new walkway installed so they actually came back three days later to retreat the area that the pavers were being laid once the dirt had been prepped. They found a large crack in the deck in my "outside" closet which had been completely missed by Sexton, despite evidence of tunnels on the beams just above the closet. The crew that did the work were thorough and they worked the whole time...no smoking or cell phone breaks. I am very happy with the whole process and feel like I found a company who actually knows how to control/eliminate termites, instead of a pest control company that blindly dabbles in termite work.

The technician was very helpful and professional. He arrived on time and answered all of our questions. He walked through the process, explaining what and why he was performing certain steps and made sure to alleviate our concerns about termites returning. When we saw one termite a month or two later we gave him a call and he walked us through how we might see a few here and there but they will usually die within a few days of sight because the Queen has already been killed and these are just stragglers trying to make their way out. We felt very comfortable with the status of our house being termite free after his service.

Very nice both men worked well and fast. They were neat and polite. No problems except I thought they would take care of the inside track marks?

They did our old and new house, and were extremely professional both times. They were punctual, made as little mess as possible when trenching, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

They were easy to deal with, polite, and the areas where the holes to inject the termidor were created are not very noticeable once they were filled.

The technician was very friendly, helpful, and informative. As it has only been a week, I can't yet vouch for whether or not the treatment will work, but Action Termite will come back out if we notice any reappearance over the coming year. I had bought a deal through Angie's List, and it would have covered the whole exterior permiter of my home, but after the technician showed me the evidence of termites inside my garage, I paid an extra $100 to have that area done, as well.

Very prompt at responding. Jeremy did my estimate and services provided quickly. Eddie was my technician. My only complaint was that the concrete patches were a little raised in some areas. I would have preferred them smoother and more flush with the surrounding areas. I've used Action on another house (similar treatment) and it went very well. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the courtesy shown by all the people there I've worked with and would highly recommend them.

Provider was on time, courteous and the spray he used was not toxic (I have animals). I have seen a few dead bugs outside and inside and am overall very pleased with this service.

I was very impressed. So much so we have set up service for the company to come again. I especially like the power spray for the yard. I think that does a better job than the back pack method of here and there spray.

The service was fine. I think they came out a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal. They were very nice and efficient. So, I would recommend them.
