Service performed efficiently and expertly

Technician arrived on time and completed work on time.

I purchased the Angie's List "big deal" for $39.00. Jordan, our service tech, was punctual (called and arrived ahead of time after having a prior cancellation), personable and thorough. He asked where we were having problems and focused on those areas as well as the overall interior and exterior of our home. Good service, good value, good tech. Would definitely use this company again.

Exceptional service! Online we ordered the prepaid $99 pigeon pest package. In a very short time, on the same day we placed the order, our tenant was contacted and an appointment was set. The tech was on time, professional and did a good job. After the technician finished the job he called us to let us know what work was required to rid the property of pigeons. We really appreciated the extra effort he put into placing the call to us. Getting a call from a contractor that goes out to one of our properties to let us know what they did is rarely done. Shortly after, we got an email from our tenant letting us know that the pigeon problem was taken care of and they were very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work. I certainly plan on using this company again! Everything about this service call went very well and the price was really reasonable.

All went well. The only unfortunate thing of the whole process is the visibility of the drill holes, but that's better than termites.

I purposely waited to write this review, because I wanted to see if there was any reoccurence, and if there was, what the response of Action Termite Control would be. So far, as of this writing on 3/17/2015, no signs of termites! Dan and Elijah came out to the house (actually 30 minutes early). I explained where I had seen the termite tubes (outside on stem walls, on the garage floor and in one of the garage cabinets). I asked Dan if he could inspect the inside of the house as well. He very willingly inspected each room (checking walls and ceilings as well as all the baseboards). Their work included trenching around the perimeter of the home, and drilling holes in the concrete (drilling in the expansion joints where they could so the holes wouldn?t show). Then they sprayed termidicide into the trenches and holes. The holes were then patched and the trenches were filled back in. It took them a total of 2 hours (which included answering all of my questions, doing the inside inspection and completing all of the outside work). They both definitely knew what they were doing, and were very professional in their interactions with me and in the work they did. I was very pleased with how quickly they worked and that all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Good clean up when they were done.

Called Action Termite Control on a Tuesday, Lisa scheduled the inspection for the next day. Scott actual was able to arrive earlier that the appointed time, showed him the area of concern, he determined it was an infestation. He inspected the rest of the house and property and explained the treatment procedure in detail and answered all my concerns, Scott knows his stuff when it comes to termites. He called the office and was able to schedule for the tech to come out the next day to do the re-treatment. Bill the tech was on time (actually arrived earlier than scheduled) explained the procedure and went right to work. This company is great as far as I am concerned, all the people I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Action Termite Control .

All the work was excellent. We haven't seen any bugs in the 3 months since the treatment, and the termite search was done well (it agreed with what we heard from others). The termite search (we used the Big Deal) wasn't done on the original day, though, so we had to call and have them come back out a couple of weeks later. When we talked about what to do with the termites, he was very professional and tried to match the price we got from someone else, but could only do it if we added another treatment. I would definitely use them again.

The ment arrived when they said they would. They prepared the soil around the house then applied the chemicals. They estimated it would take about and hr and that is what it took. They put everything back to it's original state.

I have not decided yet who to use.

The provider was on time and got to work right away. There was no time wasted in completing the job. This doesn't surprise me because it was not an hourly job, but it was nice to know they weren't wasting my time or the time of the company. Two workers worked well together. After one treated, the other cleaned up behind him and were very efficient. Afterwards, I did not notice any issues - dirt and rock were put back as needed and it seemed to be a quality job.

The gentleman that came to do the inspection and treatment was very friendly. He arrived on time, was very professional, and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He got the job done much more quickly than I had expected and even did such a nice job of cleaning up the work area and patching the holes he had to drill to do the treatment, that I couldn't even tell someone had been here to do work. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of pest control.

It took him less than one hour. Slight mis-communication on annual treatment cost. Technician said $49 but paperfork says $149.

They were prompt, professional, and repaired the problem. They took care of things that needed to be taken care of. They were able to take care of those problems. I would give A's.

We were having an invasion of ants right out of a horror movie! They were EVERYWHERE! I have never seen so many ants. We tried all of our usual home remedies and nothing worked. Master Tech came out, found where they were getting into the house and why, and fixed us all up. No recurrence of ants, and it has been several months. They made a followup call to make sure everything was working.

We initially used them through a Angie's List coupon. We were very pleased with the service and hired them to perform quarterly pest control.

They bought the material and put in new floors for us. It seemed like over and above to us so they literally put in new floors and hauled away the old wood. We liked them.

They were responsive. I thought they would only come to do service on weekdays, which is hard for me to arrange. Looks like they might have Saturday service that I didn't know about. They said they would email receipt and warranty, but I didn't receive it. I called and they sent it right over. I don't know about quality yet. Won't know until I don't see termites.

This was a deal for my daughters home. The service went well and they havent seen any more ants in the kitchen since.
