Excellent and when a small amount showed up again after a month, they promptly came out and did a second treatment at no additional cost. Very polite and personable service

Very professional. I set up monthly service through the summer months at $40 per time plus scorpion dusting for an additional $20 every other month. The technician was very friendly and did a great job.

I wasn't there for the treatment as I was Deployed with the Air Force, but my wife who was there told me that it went good. They didn't treat the entire perimeter but said if we have any problems with termites in the future to just call them up and they would treat it to resolve any issues.. It comes with a 10 year warranty so we feel good about. Hopefully we don't see any critters again, but it gives us a good peace of mind knowing that we have the warranty

The inspector came out first, to see if our home was within the parameters for the big deal. It was. We had already purchased the service, but he said we did not have any termites at this time. We went ahead with the preventive service, and will probably get an annual contract. After plunking down $16,000.00 to get our home in LA tented, we didn't want to ever hear the word termite again. The inspector was great, and very knowledgeable about bugs in general. He got them to send the team right away, which was very helpful, since we are putting in a new yard, and wanted the trenching done first. They covered the trench well, as we asked, because we told them we have landscapers and curious grandchildren coming. The holes in the patio and walkways were filled in and leveled, but the concrete didn't match exactly. That was really our only problem. We would recommend them to others with the caveat that if that's a big deal to you, it may be a problem.

They were very professional and responsive. We noticed a swam of bees going in the eve of our house. They came right out and sprayed....did not harm the bees but kept them out of our house. Very good company and employees.

I spent $49.95. They have a 10 year warranty that also requires an annual inspection which seems a bit ridiculous. They were OK. The initial work was done very well and their follow up is what you would expect. It's just an inspection. And they're timely.

They set up the track and come back in a week.

I got them through Angie’s List about two years ago. I would tell a friend that they were price competitive. They were punctual and the technician that was here knew what he was talking about. They were right on time. If I had the need, I would use them again. I’d recommend them also.

Great. Showed up on time. very friendly, gave me the Angie's list discount. Was very knowledgeable, came at the scheduled time on short notice.

The crew came out and applied the solution where they said they would. They had some problems with some areas, but compensated by using other areas. They did have me empty a closet, and then didn't use the area, but that was ok. I would have preferred a mailed receipt instead of an emailed receipt, or would have liked to have had a choice.

Great customer service and are very professional. They come out quickly and when they set a time that is within 3 ours. They call ahead of time for their scheduled appointment if requested.

The recent follow up that they came out and treated they were very prompt. They came out very promptly and dealt with the issue immediately. I didn't have to wait long periods for them to come out. All I can say is prompt and professional.

That was fine. When they came out they were very professional, very courteous, showed up on time.

All went well with the exception of the termites returning in one year in same area so suspect they should have drilled few more holes in storage area behind the wall to help combat the termites. They did return to re-treat at just the cost of the annual inspection and thus far have not seen any additional tracts. They were last here about 6 months ago. Second technician was more thorough.

MasterTech had come out to give me an estimate a few months back for both termites and bug treatment. I have another contract that was to expire soon and told them I was going to wait. I made an appointment for them to come out to the termite treatment and in the mean time I was getting monthly bug treatments. They explained everything in detail, they call you the day before and if its raining or going to rain you can reschedule. I would recommend MasterTech for all you bug needs. They had bug treatments and a variety of other services.

I bought a big deal for this service and they did fine. I did not have any bugs after they were here so that is the main thing, I guess. I have not had anybody back since. There was just one guy that came and he was friendly, clean and very nice. I have no complaints there. Their professionalism, courtesy and punctuality was all great. They were here when they were supposed to.

The provider was great to work with, from scheduling the initial inspection through getting the actual service done. We were provided with specific windows and they were prompt and communicative with us regarding their actual arrival times, which were within the window. The inspection was pretty quick and properly thurough, catching some termite signs that I hadn't noticed. Jeremy was very polite and answered all my questions. The service call was equally well done, with things getting going right on time, and Paul did great work, moving some things that I'd forgotten to remove from the areas around my exterior walls and putting them back after he was done. I would recommend them to anyone unfortunate to be needing termite services.

They were very good. There was no question about the payment. We did pay for the whole house treatment. The people that came out to do it were very good. They are a good company.

I was mortified, some how my house was infested with bed bugs. It was awful. Jason came out and was so kind and understanding. He explained that it had nothing to do with the cleanliness of my home and did all he could to put me at ease. He explained in detail the process to get rid of them. True to his word he was on time and they are gone. I would recommend this company. However, I would not share the fact that I had "bed bugs" with my neighbors.

My wife called me at work and said there were numerous bees flying in our bedroom. She had to leave. I called MasterTech. One of their techs came right out and met me at the house. He actually got there before me and contacted me to share some immediate observations already made of the exterior premises. When I got there and he was able to get inside to complete his assessment, I was relieved to learn that it was only the fifteen or so bees that managed to get inside the wall and then into the bedroom through some exterior cracks in the stucco at the eaves and that there was no evidence of a hive or any other type of infestation. He said all bees in AZ are Africanized and that he had confirmed these bees to be scouts (which fyi, have no stingers). He said they roam around looking for other hives to join up with and that they were probing my house to see what they could find. He said they wouldn't be back, but that when I had some free time, it wouldn't be a bad idea to seal off those stucco cracks - which I did right after he left. He didn't even charge me for anything - not even for the call out. MasterTech is informative, reassuring, confident, friendly, and came out quick - even though it was late in the day and he was coming from across the valley!

It was pretty expensive. They had one worker and he was alright. He left the area fine and was really good. They were the cheapest guys. I called them and have not gotten any response from them, which I thought was kind of weird because they should be coming out. I have a five year contract with them.

They were quick and efficient. They were clear about what expectations to have. They did not warn us they would drill into our concrete and that came as a shock to us.
