The gentleman came out. Detected where the bees were coming in from and got rid of the hive outside. He was courteous and came right away.

Tom was nice and professional and he answered all of my questions and left me with several suggestions to minimize any further "pest" activity after the initial first week of increased sightings resulting from the service.

Arrived on time, with a courtesy call 30 minutes out. Reviewed any issues we were having and listened to and abided by my specific requests. Emailed an invoice including a full breakdown of the services and evaluation, adding a photo of our property.

These professionals are amazing! Came promptly. Called before to make sure we were home. We have never seen a professional exterminator do his job as well as this one did! The service was complete and I have not had any problems since.

After they came and treated the termite problem, at a much higher price than I have ever paid, the termites were still present. I called them back and they said they were unable to do an additional treatment for another (4) months according to a state law. I later looked into that further and found no such law existed. They also said it would take at least 120 days for termites to be gone and I once again looked into further and the average was 0-90 days.

Tom was great....we showed him a few areas/bugs we had concerns about....he immediately identified the type and described what attracted them as well as explained what to do to avoid attracting them. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional....we would recommend him.

It went really well. The traps were set and the rats were caught. This is a very responsive company and I would highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this service provider. The service technician Tom called in advance of the set appointment to notify me that he was in route. When he arrived, he was very professional and explained fully the process he would be doing to treat the property for pests. He answered all of my questions about the service fully. I had questIons too about possible bees. I had had a different pest control service come out last year and asked about possible bees in the patio overhang posts. He was sure it wasn't bees but didn't know what it was and "nothing to worry about". However, I could see them flying in to the post. This year I was smart and looked up service on Angie's List to ensure that I received service from someone I could trust. I called MasterTech Pest Solutions (because they had good ratings). This technician explained to me that, "yes" this looks like nesting of "carpenter bees." He was very knowledgeable about the bees. I looked it up later and he was absolutely right! I appreciate honesty and integrity in service. I will definitely use this service provider again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Adam was my MasterTech professional and we've been in contact for at least the last four days. He was extremely knowledgeable about my problem and was always prompt when returning calls or arriving when he said he would. You should give Adam a raise. He's a golden employee!

Today was just an estimate, but from the first phone call last week with Brent to the meeting with Ryan today, it has been a good experience. They were very informative about everything, and very up front with recommendations and prices. They were not pushy at all and obviously very hard workers. Ryan, the technician who came out, was an excellent communicator, explained everything clearly that needed to be done, and was very easy to work with. He called me to communicate when he was on his way, and I felt this was very professional, as well.

Great. Bees are gone! It was in a precarious place on a mountain house and they climbed around to get to it. All for $149!

The services performed in May of 2014 by the inspector, Paul Balthazor, were excellent. Very professional and thorough from what I could tell. He and an associate spent nearly an entire day drilling and applying Termidor HE. All seemed well and I was pleased with their service until the following occurred. On 5/26/2015, I received a call from 623.5xx.8906 and what sounded like an elderly woman claiming to represent Action Termite Control. She said she was calling to remind us, "the annual $49 inspection was due." I politely explained to her that I thought charging for an annual inspection in order to keep the 10 year warranty in place was very disappointing to me since no one had advised me of this at the time the termite treatment was performed. Her curt response was surprising. "Wow, and you got a great deal through Angie's List." And she hung up! No effort to explain or assist whatsoever. Unbelievable! Regarding the annual inspection, I totally get it. Catch a re-infestation or problem early and correct it. I am fine with that and would gladly schedule an appointment for Action to come inspect my home annually. But, to not clearly disclose that an additional $490 would have to be paid to keep the warranty in effect? Not good policy in my opinion. Anyway, what a disappointment from what had otherwise been a good experience. I'm hopeful this review will make its way to someone in authority who can at least dismiss the old dolly who hangs up on customers!

The inital service they arrived as scheduled and sprayed inside and outside the house. We did notice some bugs inside the house about 4 days later and we called and they came back out and resprayed and explained that the recent rains were causing a lot of activity . Very polite and helpful.

Service was excellent. The "true test" will be the elimination of the termites. It has been approximately 6 months and all is well. Ten year warranty is great for the price!!
