Tom was punctual and thorough . He explained how to better protect my house from scorpions and the such. I would recommend Tom and Mastertech.

They always do a great job. They're personable, attentive and if we have any concerns that need to be addressed since the last treatment they're eager to get it attended to promptly. Also, we have several animals on our property that might be susceptible to the chemicals like koi fish, parakeets, etc. and they're always very conscientious to not let over-spray affect any of them.

I would highly recommend Action Termite Control. Bill arrived on time and after listening to the prior history of the home explained everything he was going to do. Great experience! Needed to get the job done within a very small window of time and they were able to accommodate. Excellent customer service from both the main office and from Tom who came out to do the job. This was our first time hiring someone to do pest control so we weren't sure of our options or what to expect, but everyone happily answered our questions. Tom showed up right on time and fully explained the application process; after the application was complete, he took time to explain to me the types of pests he had seen and his assessment of any areas to be mindful of.

The treatments were done a year ago and I thought that the technicians did a good job. I chose not to check their work at the time, but later found that I was shorted about 12 feet of perimeter for the inside of stem job. I decided to wait till the next years inspection to get this corrected. About a month ago, I was in the process of scheduling the inspection. When I talked to the scheduler, I found her to be rude, condescending, and one who needs instruction in customer service. I cannot comprehend any company placing a woman like that in a position dealing with customers. Up to that point, I would have given this company a favorable review. I called the woman back up and told her to cancel my inspection. She said she was sorry that I was displeased, and that she was new to the company (I've heard this one before when they find out customers are serious). I am rather certain that a year ago I talked with her for my original appointments, she has a very distinctive voice. In any case, while the work done by the techs was quite good and not a serious problem, I found that dealing with her was. They are now out my additional $490 for the 10 years of inspections, and I am out my warranty. While my rating of specifics is quite high because of the techs, the overall review is a failure because of the front office. I will find another company that values it's customers and that's where my future dollars will go.

I had recently moved in to my home so I did not have any idea what kind of pests I would encounter so I purchased an Angie's List deal as a preventive measure. I had only seen the occasional cricket inside the house & outside some spiders but no roaches or scorpions thankfully. The technicians showed up on time, were friendly, & explained everything perfectly. The only minor thing was that they did not have a termite inspector with them so I had to schedule another time to have that done but it really was not a big deal/inconvenience. It has now been about 10 months since they came out & the few bugs I've seen inside the house are dead. All I have to do is sweep them. Would definitely use them again.

It went really well. He took the time to answer any questions I had. We agreed that they would come back every month or two in order to do continued maintenance.

Signed up for 2-week rodent trapping special. Adam provided service that was far beyond standard. Our house is located in a rural area where rodents come in from the desert, so we required many more traps and much more frequent service of the traps. Initially, I had to talk to the owner Brent about our situation because it was so labor-intensive. Brent was great about it. He honored the special price and got us what we needed. Master Tech uses a special kind of bait that is particularly attractive to rodents. We were catching 5-10 rodents every 2 nights. Adam was very professional and punctual, and a genuinely good guy. He was so good and so knowledgeable that we also hired Master Tech to remove the bees + hive living in the outside wall of our house. This was all done and cleaned within about 45 minutes. The bees are gone. Recommend these guys HIGHLY.

Tom was very friendly and professional. He walked me through how he would trap and returned 4 or 5 times to check the traps and re-bait. Always showed up on time.

The work was not at the level that I expected from the coupon. In about 14 days I was outside putting down insect repellent My wife was worried about the repellent they put inside due to the odor and our dogs. They said it was diluted.

All went well. Had ants around the pool deck. Now I don't have ants around the pool deck.

I received exemplary service!! I called several companies to see who was capable of providing the required termite inspection report for my mortgage lender. I was surprised to find out that many pest control and even termite "expert" companies did not do this! My guess is they don't really have the expertise to do the job if they can't even complete a report of what is or is not needed. This was not a problem for Action Termite Control. When I called and explained my need, they immediately understood what I wanted, booked my appointment within a few days, honored my Angie's List coupon without complaint, and the technician showed up for my appointment on time and clean and presentable. Robert was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough inspection both inside and outside of the home making notes and entries on his iPad. When he completed his inspection, he emailed the inspection report I needed to me while he was still standing in my living room!! Talk about quick and efficient service. I received a very professional report in pdf format that I was able to email immediately to my lender to close my loan. These guys are great. I highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them for all my future pest control needs as well.

Called last week, and they were able to arrive this week, as requested. Very knowledgeable about getting rid of insects. Set up ongoing monthly service, as requested at mutually agreeable times.

I had a bees in a corner, just outside my front door. It was very large, about 25,000 bees from what I was told. Not only was the price great but the technician, Jason was fantastic! He explained everything, as well as, how to prevent this from happening in the future. He really took his time and did a wonderful job. I would very highly recommend Jason, if you can request him and Master Tech as a company. I see why they are so highly rated on Angie's List.

I called the office and set a same day service. Jason called before he came to let know he would be here in an hour. Jason came in and shook my hand. He asked me some question and did a very throuro inspection of the area I was seeing ants. He was very nice and friendly. He spoke to me about the ants and what they look for and what they like. He had a lot of information. He explained what he would do and what I should do to help the issue. He also told me if I see anything else to call and he will come back out for free to take care of the issue. I really like this company and will use them again if I need it. I was very happy with this service! Thanks Jason!

They responded to my email and had someone out ASAP. Jason was right on time and such a nice guy. Explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions about the bees and made sure they didn't come through the garage after he was done. I had a few lingering bees and he came back and took care of those as well. Will use Mastertech in the future, thanks!
