Apparently, MasterTech and Action Termite are the same company, or in the same building. It's not clear. If you call each number, the same person answers. I was trying to get competing quotes but when neither company discloses they are part of the same company, it strikes me as unprofessional and lacking integrity.

I have had this treatment done before. It took them few hours to do and they did digging and drilling deep holes, etc. I was shocked when they said they were done. That would have been enough time to just do digging one side of the house. So, I did ask them and they gave answer that I am not completely satisfied with. However, you have the agreement to call them for yearly inspection and treatment if needed.

Danny arrived right on time and I explained that we only wanted portions of the exterior of the house protected. Danny did a great job of explaining what he would do and we also discussed other services they provide (i.e., desert rats, bird nests, etc.) based on my questions and what he observed. Danny was a professional and did a great job. I would ask for him again.

showed up on time --did brief inspection of home with me going over possible entry points for the mice and rats ---i paid upfront for sealing of home total price $650 --technician told me would set traps in attic then come back in 5 days between noon and 3 pm -- no one showed up i called office at 3.30 pm -told me would contact technician -- they called back to say they would have to cancel and reschedule checking of traps in attic - it took over 2 weeks before they scheduled to have home sealed --the technician was good -- if not for him i would have called my credit card company and disputed the charge to have it charged back to the company

Very well. They came the same day and treated the home. Both the office personnel and the technician were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Very professional.

Technician was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly. He did a good job the first time but we had some ants remain in one area. I called MasterTech and they had a technician out the very next day to retreat the area at no extra charge. I'll be using them as my go to for any pest/bug issues in the future.

The appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived at the early end of the 20 hour window. He was courteous, professional and did a thorough job. Too early to tell how effective the treatment was, but the service was excellent.

they don't honor their work - they treated my home 3 separate times over a 5 year period - nearly $1,000!!! still have termites and they want more money...Just paid them $295 last year! They go by 2 different company names - Action termite and Master tech termite.

Mike discussed my concerns with termites in my front yard and explained the procedures that should take place and how to prevent further concerns. He then performed a thorough examination of my house, inside and out, to look for termites. He, again, came up with a plan that I agreed with and then even called back to make sure that I understood what I needed to do next.

The tech was professional, friendly, helpful, and did the job quickly.

Very well. They were on time (early even!), they did their work, they inspected the inside of my house, they left my yard looking good.

Scott arrived right on time for an inspection of suspected termites. I showed him what I thought was a termite I had found (among many others) and asked him what it was. He said it was a flying ant. He then described the difference in terms of identification. He did not need to perform services but was very friendly and professional about it all. I will certainly call them again if I ever do have termites.

They are great to work with, we usually have the same person but they are all knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I love the fact that you can request their green product, which we have always requested, and it does the job without having a negative impact on the environment, or our pets.

They did not show on the agreed date and time. It took multiple phone calls to the office to finally confirm their arrival. Once they came, they did a good job.

Provided the best price and warranty. Still waiting to form a final opinion as they have to come back for a 90 day follow-up inspection.
