great! I've noticed a huge drop in the number of bugs

We do not normally give out bad reviews unless it is justified. Not only were we disappointed in the results of the spray, the technician, Tom, was extremely friendly, however his phone rang several times while he was trying to question my wife about the bug problem. He explained that he was running 2 routes today and extremely busy. We understand about being busy, but really felt like we did not receive the time that should have been given due to this situation. He explained that "Angie List" customers really keep them busy and their customer service is especially important to them. Well, we feel that it was a failure and to top it all off, my wife called the morning of the next treatment to cancel the 1st of the 3 treatments and the gal who answered the phone never asked if we would like to reschedule at another time or if there is a reason why we were cancelling. It just felt as though they are so busy with "Angie" customers that losing our business really didn't mean anything to them. We have sprayed for bugs ourselves for many years and always saw a result with dead bugs laying around, so this was a huge let down that a "professional service" did not have the same results.

Within days there were no more ants showing up. Their system worked without at doubt. Would use them again if it became necessary for any pest control.

After completing his rounds, Tom went over his findings, including some excellent tips on how to minimize the 'attractiveness' of our house for pests and what 'critters' to expect at this time of year. He answered all my questions and was extremely pleasant and professional. This was our first appointment for inspection and spraying service from MasterTech; we are now on a regular bimonthly schedule with the company and feel we are in good hands.

We started to hear crickets in our house and saw a few. Knowing crickets are a scorpions favorite food, we did not want to invite them in by allowing dinner to stay. We called Mastertech and they were able to come out within a day or two of me calling them. They told me what they would do and to keep our pets away from the spray on the outside for a few hours until it thoroughly dried as they use a stronger chemical outside than inside. They were quick and efficient. We no longer have crickets.

Excellent. As Jordon informed me the roach spray would take about one week to be effective so I may see several live roaches until the end of seven days. After seven days I only noticed several dead roaches which I was happy to dispose of. So far so good.

We had a bee hive in the eaves of our house. We tried, unsuccessfully, to kill the bees by spraying them nightly for a week. No luck. After a minor scheduling hiccup, the tech came out and treated the area. He said the bees would be gone by the next morning. I was very skeptical, but he was 100% correct. I also used them to remove the hive the following Monday to avoid insects, etc from going after the honey. What a mess! Luckily the tech had put plenty of plastic sheeting down so I didn't have to clean up at all! The trash bag must have weighed 30 to 40 pounds!! Very knowledgeable tech.

I purchased deal on Angie's list. Received phone call to schedule service. It was scheduled for the first date I suggested. Adam called first then came over within the scheduled window.. He sprayed all around outside and inside. I think he did a good job. I scheduled monthly service because I think we need that in this area- but I can change or cancel at any time. I am satisfied with the provider.

Technician looked on roof and found raccoon scat on the roof and promptly ended his assessment. When we shared the scratching we heard in our bedroom he indicated he knew what rats sound like and dismissed listening to the recorded scratching sounds. The technician advised they won't trap a raccoon and dismissed any additional attempt on our part to continue to investigate. We have a flat roof, insulation, and ceiling and didn't think a raccoon could get in. We shared knowledge of bottle brush shells and citrus trees thinking they were a food source for roof rats. Once he saw raccoon scat he was done. The company referred us to another company who came out a few days later and diagnosed our issue as roof rats. The referred company technician showed us the two entry points where the rats chewed through the wire mesh and indicated there are additional entry/exit points on the roof. The raccoon scat was incidental. Apparently a raccoon walking across the roof went # 2, however the raccoon has nothing to do with our rat problem. It's unfortunate the technician came to a very quick wrong conclusion.

We were being overrun with black widow spiders on our back patio. I saw Master Tech's special on Angie's List and decided to give them a try, since they had an A rating and many positive reviews. I am somewhat suspicious of service deals, thinking many companies cut corners on their service when they are giving a deal. Not MasterTech Pest Solutions. Scheduling was very easy and the technician was at our home at the scheduled time. We discussed the problem we were experiencing and he went to work. So far I haven't seen any black widows and no spider webs. I plan on having MasterTech come back out periodically to make sure the spiders don't return.

Although they were late, they apologized and adjusted price to make up for it. I was very glad Brent was very professional and didn't take forever to assess my situation. I was very satisfied with their service and plan to switch to them for my monthly bug control starting next month. Highly recommend.

James Hoppe returned when he said he would. He was very professional and polite. He even showed me the old parts he replaced. He explained everything and the cost was exactly what he quoted. My old water softener is working well. James even called me back a few days later to be sure all was working as it should. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

First, they were super at coming out and performing the work. As explained, the technician dug trenches on the dirt and drilled holes into the concrete around the perimeter of the house. He then treated the perimeter with termite-killing chemical. So, as far as communication and doing the work as stated, it all went as one would expect. Only time will tell if the treatment worked to get rid of the termites. Note- one thing I forgot to ask that I would pass onto to another homeowner is to ask the pest control company: should the garage also be treated. By this I mean, should holes also be drilled into the concreted in the garage? If I am not mistaken, the garage's concrete slab is separate from the house. Therefore, I would think that the termites could come up between the two slabs. I did not ask that, so it might be too late for me.

Tom was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

Cannot say enough good things about MasterTech Pest. Jordan and his training partner came and sprayed my home inside and out. I have been having problems with spiders on my patios. Jordan removed all the webs for me. I have never had a pest control do that. Jordan said they always remove the webs with service. I was very satisfied with the service and have made a schedule for future visit for my home. Would highly recommend for all pest control needs.
