ACTION Termite & Pest Control

During process of selling my home, the inspector found termites in the garage area. I called Action Termite Control to treat the home and to provide a one year warranty for the buyer of my home. The office staff was very friendly and scheduled an appointment based on what worked best for my schedule. The technicians were prompt, polite, efficient and professional. The final report and invoice were presented on the spot. I would use them again in the future.

It ended up becoming a bigger job than just 350 bucks. They charged us extra because because we decided to include all the parameters around the house instead of the package which included just a small portion of the house. The service was decent.

People were very polite and professional, however I learned from my tenant that the person who came to the house did a terrible job and was fired. Needless to say the bugs did not go away. After a 2nd visit within the 30-day warranty period the bugs are still in my rental house.

Very knowledgeable and efficient rep. He answered all my questions about termites. The different species in this area. How they propagate and what they eat. Also, how the termidor works. The cost for this treatment is very reasonable, and the product that they use has been proven. He also told me to keep the dogs inside away from the product for another two hours, which is very considerate. I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with termite infestation. There was no pressure for an annual "contract" like other pest control businesses will do, and all they do is termites. I felt very comfortable with the way they do business.

The whole process was seamless, from scheduling to the services being performed. Erica answered my questions when I scheduled, I was called a 1/2 before my appointment time so that I could meet Adam at the residence and not have to spend the 2 hour window waiting for his arrival, Adam was on time, professional, courteous and fast. He provided tips so that I was not spending my money on services that were not needed. Will be using in the future, and would definitely recommend.

Technician showed up on time and was polite. The pressure washer on his truck was not working, so the technician manually cleaned the waste and pigeon nest off of our roof. He was thorough and did a nice job. The wire mesh he installed has done a good job of keeping pigeons from returning to roost in the spot on our roof.

They did a great job! Very professional and pointed out areas that we should attend to as a way of avoiding any future pest control issues. We'll be hiring them in the future without hesitation.

There were additional costs of about $800. They put in stronger spikes to keep the pigeons out. They just seemed very knowledgeable in dealing with the problem. I think it was a little more expensive than I thought it would be.

Alex showed up on time provided service as agreed and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I was very pleased.

Very professional service. Determined what needed to be done and came back twice a week over a three week period, trapped the rodents.

Overall, it went pretty well. Two associates arrived (I'm sorry I forgot their names) promptly at the scheduled time and placed protective mesh over one of my eaves to protect against possible pigeon roosting in the winter and also applied the pigeon spikes on top of my exterior fuse box and external speaker areas. They were professional, thorough and performed at a high level. Even though I wasn't thrilled paying an extra $20 for a small area in front of my house, the overall package price was reasonable. I would use this company again and recommend to others.

all ok... Did what they said they would

Jordan showed up on time and was professional and thorough. Prior to the treatment I had found one black widow outside the front door and was beginning to see/hear crickets and one humongous roach. That was enough for me. Post-treatment (over a month now), I have seen/heard nothing inside the house. I have found numerous dead crickets and other assorted bugs outside the perimeter of the house - which tells me the application did exactly as was intended. I will probably be signing up for their bi-monthly service.

Overall experience was great. Jordan was right on time and did an excellent job. Will most definitely use again.

I had signed up for service every 2 months after the initial visit in June by Tom.......well, the first time they were to arrive...NOTHING!!!! I called at 10:25 am to find out where the guy was and when he would arrive and all the girl could say was...Oh sorry it fell thru the cracks and didn't get scheduled. She was CLUELESS!!! I am P*****! I would not recommend this vendor if they cannot get their scheduled services set up correctly! I asked for the owner to call and I have yet to get a return call!!! Unbelieveable! Not the kind of behavior you would expect from a service recommended on Angie's list!!! NOT Professional!!!
