ACTION Termite & Pest Control

2 guys came to the property. One took the inside and the other outside. They were done in 15 minutes.

They did an excellent job. Very grateful to get the bees removed. They are very courteous and they came back to make sure everything was good.

Had cockroaches re-appear 5 minutes after the technician left.

It's okay. I don't see any signs of any of the little infestation that I had. They didn't do a very good job of covering things back up, but hopefully I've got a one year guarantee with it. So hopefully, I won't have any more termites. They could have done a little better job in treating around the areas that they didn't treat and they could have covered up the work that they dug up a little better.

They were fine. They came and did their thing. They came back when they had to. They came a week later so I had to clear everything out of the garage. They were actually here twice. I'd rate them a B because it was messy. They left a mess. I think it wasn't a great deal in terms of the cost but it was an average expense for what they did. They came out and took care of it. They put all the stuff in and they got it done. It was pretty easy to schedule and they showed up when they were supposed to. They were on time. Professionalism was fine.

Used the Angie's List coupon as we spotted some unwanted friends roaming around for the 1st time in a couple years. Very knowledgeable - spraying inside and out, we had a friend come back to visit and they came out next business day and followed up on their guarantee. Will use these folks moving forward.

I hired Mastertech to discourage the pigeons from roosting under the eve of our house. Others people had tried to discourage the birds but the folks that came out did not do the job properly. Brian the owner from Mastertech Pest Control sent Sean to our home on Nov 13th. Sean came as promised and after a 1/2 hour he had power washed all the bird droppings, cleaned out the gutter removing bird droppings and nesting material, that had been left by the prior person. Sean put up wire to make it impossible for the birds to roost in the same area Sean was professional, and respectful of our concerns. My husband and I were very pleased with the end results, as the birds have not come back to that spot. This is a company that you can be assured that they will take the time to do the job right the first time.

It took longer than expected but they kept me informed and I had no scheduling problems so it wasn't a problem.

Serviceman arrived promptly and treated the affected area. He then checked the house thoroughly inside and out for any other signs of infestation. He instructed me on termite habits and showed me what to look out for. I will get an inspection next year at no charge. Very easy people to do business with, and I appreciated their professionalism.

I was offered a 5 year warranty for a price ! It turns out it is not 5 years it is only 4 years !!! should be sold as additional 4 years !

Guy (company representative) was professional and explained process. We don't have any termite activity, but neighbors have had recent issues so we decided to go ahead and treat. We signed 10 year plan with Action Termite.Guy was on time and worked efficiently to complete treatment. He provided a lot of information and answered all our questions.

Technician was on time, very courteous and proud to work for his company which I found refreshing! Services advertised were performed without any upselling which I appreciate. When I buy "deals" I am always afraid of upselling and pressure selling other services. Not this time! Very good!

The installer who initially arrived was prompt and professional. He power washed the area where there were bird droppings. However, when he showed us the length of the wire deterrent that he would be installing based upon the special offer we purchased, we realized it would not be sufficient. The cost to add the additional product was excessive, in our opinion. Plus, the ladder that the installer brought was not long enough to reach the area above our front porch where the birds nest. So he had to call his boss who came out and actually did the installation himself. They were both very nice. But, it seemed as if their Angie's List offer was a little misleading as it doesn't specify the amount of product they will install for the advertised price (or if it did then I completely missed it). Overall, I was very disappointed that we weren't able to get the problem with the birds nesting above our front door taken care of, but the total cost to do so was significantly more than we were willing to spend.
