The service was great!! I didn't know that having the attic insulated helps keep the bugs out. I thought It was just for keeping the house cooled. But MasterTech explained how beneficial it is for pests. Now I'm happy bugs are out. And now my house feels a lot cooler.. Thank Guys.

THEY GAME OVER SURVEYED THE PROBLEM, RECOMMENDED WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. AGREED TO HAVE IT DONE. STILL HAD A PROBLEM A WEEK LATER CAME RIGHT BACK FIXED THE PROBLEM. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE THEN.

As always, Jordan is our regular tech. He is always early, calls to let us know he's on his way so we can unlock our gate. He always asks if we're having any specific problems he needs to address. He remembers all of our specific needs which eliminates having to start over each time he arrives. Jordan takes the time to explain what he's going to do, explains about particular pests and what is reasonable for control.

Jeff, the Tech from Master Tech was the installer. He answered all our questions and explained how he would take care of the problem with the nesting pigeons. He did a very nice job of installing the metal screens, and then painted them to match our house color. The new solution is less visible from the street than the pigeon spikes that had been installed years before. Jeff did a good job of cleaning up after the install. We will definitely use Master Tech again if pigeons show up in a new area.

The initial treatment seemed to go fine, but we've since had numerous follow-ups just to take care of our termite issue. The techs that come out are always very friendly and professional. The receptionist that you reach when calling for appointments is about as rude and brusque as would seem possible for someone that is employed within a customer service role. You will be lucky to ever get an appointment within two weeks of your call, which seems weird for a service that treats pests living in someone's home. They proved to be a good value given the Angie's List deal we took advantage of, but in hindsight we would have taken our money elsewhere. Our termite problems persist and it's gotten to the point where we call one of the techs back directly because we don't want to deal with the receptionist.

Great service! Definitely would use them again. I purchased the deal that they had online for $149. Everything was completed on time as promised and the bees were all gone two days later. No hassle, didn't try to upsell me into ripping everything out to remove the hive, and the customer experience was great. Awesome technology as well.

I use Action Termite Control.? They came out, I guess it was in November of 2015.? They had me move stuff out for them to spray but after I fractured my back it's a little difficult to move things around now like they have asked.? I give them a C because these were boxes that they could've? pushed, you know which I can't do right now. ?

After receiving my estimate I wanted to schedule my service immediately. I was impressed at how fast Master Tech Pest Solutions got my service on schedule. The technicians arrived to my house promptly they were careful and very thorough. They explained to me what they were doing and what I should expect. Interesting I haven't seen a scorpion in my house since. Overall I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them to all my family and friends. 2 Thumbs up Master Tech and thank you for the impeccable service.

Initially was referred to MasterTech by another company. Service was excellent. Brent came out to the property and did a free evaluation within a week and after getting a few other proposals I decided to go with MasterTech. Not only does the insulation they offer good for thermal reasons but it also kills all the bugs!! The technicians that came out were clean cut and professional as well. I would definitely recommend their services.

They were on time. They did an inspection then consulted with me on what they needed to do and why. They did an excellent job on the work, clean up and communicating with me on what they were doing.

Brent came out to give me a quote for termite and pest control. I was more worried about the termites but figured I would hear them out for what they can offer. Brent was phenomenal he was able to explain the entire process, point out issues I had, and explained how the "warranty" works. I went with the more expensive thorough treatment which is what other companies suggested as well. The 5 year warranty is a 5 year warranty not additional costs at all within the 5 years, no yearly maintenance cost.

MasterTech is a great company. They did a very thorough job. They also sprayed for mosquitoes when I asked, being mindful to use pet and eco-friendly pesticides. I will continue to use them and have recommended them.

He was a wealth of information.His insights into the world of insects and his shared knowledge alone was worth the money. He appeared very invested in his service and willing to answer any question (he had a great deal of knowledge about insects, INTERESTING man). I will have him back to spray again on a monthly basis.

Technician Sean Fratzke was incredible in all aspects of his time spent in my townhome/condo. I would recommend Action Termite Control without any hesitation. The inspection was part of a VA refi loan requirement. The company scheduled within 2 days of my needed ASAP request. OUTSTANDING!!
