ACTION Termite & Pest Control

The price was substantially lower than the first bid we got ($1864) and higher than the come-on specials of $599 for treating 200 linear feet. Workers were on time and professional. Since we have had only the initial treatment, we can't give a long-term opinion but have no reason to think the company won't stand behind their guarantee.

It went well, but a few pigeons still linger

I have had them come out the past two years to spray for black widows. Will continue to use them.

I bought the one time pest treatment through Angie's list. I worked with this company in the past and had my entire property knocked down with chemicals to get all the pests. This time, they would not do it. They just sprayed the house perimeter. I asked for my yard/property to be knocked down with chemicals as I had done in the past. They would not do it.

I have had this company under contact for over 5 years. They have yet to solve my termite issues. Under warranty they chase them from one place in the house to another. I am really disappointed to see them with a A rating. I got on line to switch to Thermidor but when I saw the company I am firing I think I will get another option

The price was a bit on the higher side, but they seem to be effective. They came out shortly after the deal was purchased. I will probably use them in future, I will have to do some price comparisons. After they did the treatment, it didn't go away, so we had to call them again. So they could have tried and spent some time to do it correctly the very first time.

Haven't seen any bugs and it's been a few months. Great customer service. We had them use the "green" less toxic product and worked great!

Danny, my knight in shining armour from MasterTech Pest Solutions, showed up and listened patiently while I described my trouble (just the ant issue). He immediately went to the spot where the ants first audaciously surfaced. Thankfully, no ants were present. Danny then went outside and located the source at once. "Yes," Danny said. "You do have ants. But the goods news is that they're not fire ants. I will treat them with something that the ants will eat & take back to their nest where we will contain and eliminate them." Awesome! MasterTech Pest Solutions arrived on time and after 30min of apply some anti-ant bait gel, the infestation was irradicated in about 3 hours. I haven't see a single ant since. Very, very happy with their work.

MasterTech team was incredible. They arrived on time and deployed this Carpenter Ant Bait system and after 3 hours we haven't seen a single ant since. It's been over a week now. Very satisfied on the solution and price.

Messaged several companies on Angie's List and Action was the first to respond. Was very helpful and thorough talking to me. I believe it was Mike. Told him I would wait to hear from a few others, and I did, but they were not nearly as helpful or professional or thorough as Action. Bought their 5 year deal for treatment & warranty. They showed up the next day (a Saturday) and proceeded to treat the entire property. They were very skilled, shared info about the type of termites, type of treatment, even showed me some and took them back for show and tell. Was very impressed with this company. and with Ed!
