Description of Work: Termite control. They were very prompt.professional. followed through with what they promised. They were quick to reschedule my appointment after my tenant failed to be at the house to meet with the technician. Luckily my tenant was getting home from work a little late and caught the technician before he left. I feel they were worth what I paid. They may have been just a little high but it was worth it.

Description of Work: Very professional, came on time and did the work. I was told that they would come back to do the garage once it was cleaned out. Very good service.

Description of Work: We were buying a vacant house and wanted to be there when Action Termite came because we had some questions. We were on our way over to the house at the appointed time when they called and said the job was finished and they worker was leaving. He did email us a detailed report later but we were still a little disappointed that he didn't let us know he was starting so we could meet him. We could have come earlier.

Description of Work: I called Mastertech wanting a quote for a termite treatment. The owner came out the next day at our scheduled time and did a thorough inspection. He took photos of the property detailing signs of termite activity and presented a professional bid on the spot. I am scheduled to have Mastertech complete the termite treatment.

Description of Work: I signed up with Angie's List to use a coupon Action was providing. The sales rep came out to look at the house and said instead of the $750 coupon deal I needed a $1500 service. It all seemed a little fishy so I called my neighbors termite company-Bryant Pest Control. They came out and said I didn't even have termites and only needed to pay $200 for their 2 year warranty plan. So that's what I did. I was pretty disappointed with Action, we had been using them since 2007.

Description of Work: They did a great job, very willing to accomodate and helped me move a few things to get the pesticide along the barier of my home. I will definately use them again!!!

Description of Work: The tech was knowledgable and honest with me regarding the type of rats that we're eating my citrus. He put out bait stations and told me that they probably would not work as long as the rats had citrus to feed on.

Description of Work: We just bought a house and wanted it treated before we moved in. I bought a Angie's list deal and then messaged thru Angie's list wanting to schedule treatment right away. Well I forgot to also give him my phone number. My day continued with all the frenzy of buying a home and preparing it for the move. Completely forgot about sending a message to Master Tech then about 430 pm we were at the house painting and Zach shows up from Master Tech and said his boss wanted him to stop by and see if we were there because he knew I really needed the service ASAP. He had messaged me back but I never did follow up if he had responded and he had no phone number for me. I am so grateful they went above and beyond to make sure we recieved the service prior to the move in. Zach was very informative and really new the buisness well, he has been doing it since he was 12!!!! Thanks Brent and Zack. Great customer service.

Description of Work: We had them treat for termites a couple of years ago and were happy with them. The 2-year contract had run out and since my mom has had repeat instances of termites, I decided to get the additional 3 year maintenance agreement.

Description of Work: I bought a Angie's list deal for termite treatment. I was not there but my husband said they were very informative. My husband forgot I paid thru Angie's list and he paid with a credit card. I called the office and they cancelled the transaction right away. Great customer service!

Description of Work: Sprayed both the inside and outside/yard for bugs. Very thorough, friendly and professional. Going with them for regular service.

Description of Work: Action Termite control inspected both the inside and outside of the home. Where necessary inside the home they were able to treat for termite infestation gaining access by moving furniture lifting and reinstalling carpeting. On the exterior they accessed areas of infestation by drilling through my concrete patio and refilling the holes after treatment. They took great care to insure that the flock of birds I had at the time could not get at the treatment where they had access to the slab that did not require drilling. Best of all they guaranteed the treatment for 10 years with only a minimal service charge for yearly inspections including additional treatment as necessary.
