Description of Work: Provided full termite treatment for the home. They arrived early (with a call ahead to make sure it was okay to come early). Work was performed as described and quoted and the place was cleaner when they were finish than what it was before they started the work. Very dependable.

Description of Work: They were very, professional, I bought a guarantee pkg ad-on, they check once a year, for 10 yrs...so far all is well.

Description of Work: They found i had 5 pigeon nesting areas under eaves& excrement all over those areas. They took pictures & showed them to me and i said please take care of it. They cleaned out all 5 areas pressure washed them & put up wire caging to keep pigeons away. They installed what looks like fishing line on top of all gables to prevent them from sitting on roof line. They also said they guarantee this will work & so far it is 100% working thank goodness. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it,

Description of Work: They appeared promptly and were very courteous. The problem is that to address the issue would require constructing a large frame and wire structure to enclose the heat pump on our roof. The cost of this was going to far exceed what could be provided by our Angie's List purchase. Additionally, I was concerned that this would make it difficult to have our heat pump serviced. After discussing this with the technician, I concluded that living with the pigeons was the lesser to two evils. I felt that technician was very honest with us and trying very hard to propose solutions.

To date I am still working with them to solve my pigeon problem. | |They have been more than willing to come back out and try new techniques to help me. They are timely and courteous. I would recommend them.
